I ordered some custom embroidered shirts, a couple years back and went in recently to have two more made. I specifically said that I like the shirts that I have but they are too big and so I'd like to order them in the next size down. When I got the shirts, they were incredibly too small so I went back to return them. They had all the information for my previous order on record. Turns out the shirts that WERE ORDERED FOR ME were a different model than the shirt that I had ordered before and the new size was incredibly different. When I tried to return them, I was told they would only give me 50% off on another two shirts. WRONG, I went there with a specific need and problem and I wasn't the one who ordered them. That's not the way you handle a mistake made on your end. I've referred a lot of people there over the years as well and that won't happen again and I will never be back. After I had told them what I was looking for they just mentioned that they could MAKE me the patch I had been wanting to have made for my grandfather. I placed an order, the patches came in within the time frame they had told me and I was on my way. If you do need something sewn on though, they had recommended Fazio across the street so that was good to know. Sadly, I was excited to find a relatively local company. worked out the design on-line, approved some artwork. Then it took just shy of three weeks to receive - then the quality was pretty crappy. I cannot think this place enough. They have literally saved my sanity. I am a mom with five kids. Two of my kids are in the Navy Seacadets and Navy League program. Today they have a very important event at the Ronald Reagan library and they have to dress in their navy white uniform. They have to be perfect. I could not find my sons nameplate that attaches to his uniform. I searched almost all night and am so tired. I called Lisa today after someone recommended them. Good Luck getting what you ordered on time. Ordered my son letterman on November did not get it till April. They said it would be done in February. My son is a senior and will be graduating in 2 months and he won't be able to wear it because of the warmer weather. Half my son's teammate are in the same situation we are in. Poor customer service. I have been a customer for years starting with my high school letterman jacket and adding more patches following. Recently I started using them again to help with my half marathon costumes/shirts. The cost of having them add the vinyl letters is cheaper than the bandaids I'd need to buy to do at home iron ons! This place has It's horrible it took five months for my boyfriend's jacket to get in. And the stitching was messed up on his jacket. Then we ordered a Nother jacket that took four months to get in. They told us that it was available so we drove down there and the lady lied to her face saying that they were in the middle of patching it and then she switched the story and said that the lady is not there to patch it. So obviously they don't know what they're doing. And it's the same lady with the black hair up there. Don't go here it's horrible. read more
