It's a great place for kids to let off steam. You play by the hour so 20 dollars for 120 minutes plus 2 dollars for socks you have to buy theirs. 60 minutes for 12 dollars and you can free fall and rock climb for 2 dollars more. It is worth it in my opinion to let them play for ages 3 and up. read more

While I come here often with my kids, I find myself constantly having the same gripes about this activity. The first one being the cost. While I dont think the $12/hour is too bad a price for an hour of fun, my gripe comes in that the rock wall and X Jump are separate. Yes they are only $1 to add on... But that is the point, if they are just a dollar, add it in to the price of the hour. Whats the big deal? It is not like kids are lined up for hours waiting to climb and jump. We have come multiple times, at all different hours and days. There is never a wait for these attractions. So just include it in the jump price. So in my opinion it is just a pointless add on, when it is right there anyway. Considering that socks are $2 each, it is upwards of $30/40 for 1/1.5 hours for 2 kids. Thankfully I only have two kids to pay for. Next, there are always employees walking around doing ....nothing....not even watching the kids jump. They are just coffee clutching up at the registers, meanwhile the tables and surrounding areas are filthy. Spilled soda and popcorn litter the surrounding floor near the tables. The bathrooms are disgusting. I cant speak about the boys bathroom, but in the girl bathrooms for sure it is "hover only". Really really yuck! Thirdly, the seating for parents is really uncomfortable. Park benches and uncomfortable restaurant seats. In the dining area. One of the reasons I like (another area attraction, Monkey Joes) so much is They have comfy chairs and couches for parents to sit and enjoy while their kids play. We come here to Xtreme Air and end up staying a few hours and it's terribly uncomfortable for a parent who is not jumping. They do have 2 massage chairs. So after alternating between sitting on a park bench and walking around for an hour. I thought, "hmm, i'll sit here!" NOPE! After sitting there for a minute, the chair began to beep excessively loud and the employee came over and told me that unless I put money in it, I'd need to find another chair, because the beeping would not stop. So I guess, kinda genius on their part to not let people sit without paying... But it added to my ever growing constant annoyance factor of this place, and made me finally want to review them. While it is a fun, somewhat costly, Fox valley activity, it could definitely use some work in the customer service side of things. read more

My son and I both liked this place. It's good for slightly older kids, definitely not for under 3 on regular days. My only gripe would be if the staff kept a better look out for smaller kids. I get it, parents have responsibility, and I am one of the parents that make sure my kid is safe. However, quite large high school kids are often bouncing and flipping as high as they can in the air right beside smaller kids, which they could seriously injure if they landed on them. Staff at times seems to concerned with looking cool than watching out for this. Suggestion, instead of having 2 dodge ball arenas, why not designate one of those for the bigger kids that want to flip and jump super high as they can? Someone is going to die if the staff isn't better at monitoring, and I'm betting a good attorney could work around their waver... read more

There were little shits here thinking it would be cool to take a ball out of the dodge ball pit and he hit a little kid with it over and over again the kid was crying went and told an employee and he said "sorry can't do anything about it" the mom of the kids ended up being pissed that the kids parents weren't even being told. She was not happy. She literally had every right not to be. Also the food and drinks are so expensive. The big jumps are so unsafe I literally twisted my ankle. Hated this place so much. read more

I admit my niece and nephew had fun, but this place desperately needs more staff and some changes to their policies. When we showed up there was a line almost out the door and mass confusion. There was signage stating that waivers needed to be signed before you could buy wristbands. We proceeded to the waiver computers and found 2 of the 4 computers broken causing long lines and rude people oblivious to the lines trying the broken computers and then cutting into line for the working computers. After the waiver wait we proceeded back to the line that by this time stretched out the door. Again mass chaos! More cash registers than employees caused people to cut the line and stand at an unoccupied register. After realizing their mistake they again would cut the line and stand in front of a working register. The staff seemed overwhelmed and even commented that they didn't have enough help. Twenty minutes later, which is an extremely long wait with children who are ready to jump, we were all set to go. We proceeded inside and found a total Lord of the Flies situation. There was no seating available. Mind you very few people were seated but people "saved" tables by leaving their crates of shoes on them even though there are shelves and lockers for this purpose. When the kids started jumping they had a lot of fun but I wish that there was more staff working. There was a lot of 17-18 year old kids jumping and being reckless on the same trampolines as 5-6 year olds. It's an accident waiting to happen. There are fun side activities to do, but again the high school students were ruining it for the small children. There were not employees at all these activities and the older kids kept cutting the lines. There needs to be staff policing this. They have a special time for 3 and under, but they need to take it farther. High-school students (and some college freshman!) should not be allowed in the same areas as kindergarten/elementary aged children. They need separate times for these age groups. I have come here many times and have been frustrated in the past and not taken the time to leave a review. Prices are too high for the level of service, 2 hours $42 for a pair of kids. Cell coverage in the building is nonexistent and you have to pay for internet. Seriously everyone has free internet it's 2017. Bathrooms always stink of urine, might want to upgrade to sensor flush?? Food, as others have mentioned is bad. Hopefully ownership reads reviews, kids like to come here but it's hard to justify the cost and drive. Just a thought, if parents are going to sit here for 2+ hours waiting on the kids, make it enjoyable. read more

I've noticed the same thing about Xtreme Air as others have observed--a trip here can be a money pit. Instead of finding ways to enhance the experience, they have been finding ways to dig into your pocketbook. Paying as much as you do to get in and buy their socks, it's frustrating to watch your kids ogle all the additional attractions, only to find out it's also an additional cost. Maybe it's not too bad if you have one kid but it sure adds up quickly when you have 3-4! I also am not impressed with their concessions. You pay movie theater prices for gas station quality food. If you're planning a trip here, I'd suggest eating before or after rather than paying $15 for an unspectacular frozen pizza. And tax isn't included in the prices. I will come here from time to time because my kids ask, but l will get the Groupon when I can--and as others have observed, they aren't the most convenient either as they aren't flexible in how you use your jump time. read more

Not exactly thrilled with my experience at this place. We had a coupon for buy one hour of jumping get one free. So my boyfriend and I went for a fun date idea figuring I'd be pretty cheap. Nope! We were told by multiple staff that the coupon only applies to one person for 2 hours. Who in their right mind wants to spend 2 long exhausting hours jumping?! ‍ that was a mess and very upsetting but we already made the drive from GB so we were left with no option. We brought socks from skyzone which are almost identical to the Xtreme air socks and were told we couldn't use them and had to buy their socks. So added money on! What we thought would be a fairly cheap date now turned into $35. The high school kids working were not professional or helpful. The bathrooms stunk to high heaven and it was actually hard to breathe in the woman's bathroom. I heard many people comment on that while I was there. The dodgeball age rules are not enforced and little kids were in the 13 and older only. I will be sticking to SkyZone in the future - had so much fun there and never had problems! We had a spectacular time at Xtreme Air! Our son's 10th birthday party was Awesome! The party hostess made sure my son was treated very special, as well as making sure all the kids had a great time. The check in was easy, and the flow of the party to the private room was very smooth. The food was really good, we had pizza, chicken strips, popcorn, soda, and we brought our own cake, which the hostess cut and served for us. Highly recommend Xtreme Air to other families! read more
