Now, I'm a dog lover but imo there is a time & place & it just didn't seem super sanitary to me. Definitely NOT service dogs btw. Kids love it, but I'll probably try to push them toward Altitude or something similar rather than here. Kids *could* also technically walk out by themselves, while other venues have a locking gate. Going here honestly isn't worth it compared to other trampoline parks in this area. This place is extremely overpriced if you plan on going with multiple other people and the staff here are not any better. They're young (no problem with that) but impatient. If you do not already know what to do, most give you disappointed looks. Me and three other people were simply just trying to find a place to go and we would get told there wasn't enough space while they'd let people in even bigger groups go before us. It seemed like a group of their friends had come over later in the night and the employees allowed them to repeatedly break rules all while simply just walking around and leaving another person to do the work themselves (creating bigger lines and groups of people in the way). When we were finally off a ride, they closed off the entrance but let other people inside. If we created any problems, nobody communicated that with us which is very sad because even us younger people recognized the unfair treatment and correct way to approach it. We didn't talk loudly like other people in front of us who were older and yelling to each other, we didn't do things unsafely, and we didn't bother the employees from the start. We stopped jumping for a few seconds when we got in and an employee already came, told us to leave, and then bumped into me as I went back around?? If I had such expectations on others then I'd expect the employees to live by them as well and not treat others differently simply by the way that they look. Paid over $130 . There was just about one employee who was kind enough to explain or listen to others compared to the rest. Pretty expensive for the amount of time kids will want to spend here and the limited attractions for the base price. They used a lot of their square footage to put a go kart track in and took out some of the bigger trampolines. Don't plan on coming back. read more

My son attended a birthday party at Urban Air on Friday night. His go-cart he was in ran into the wall because of a malfunction. My son told me after this happened the worker said, "I should not have put you in this one. It is messed up and has issues. Sorry." My son has loose teeth that are permanent. We went to our dentist and found out they may need to be removed if they do not correct themselves. I left a voicemail Friday night to speak to someone. I left a voicemail Saturday to speak to someone. I left a voicemail Sunday and also Monday. No one returned my call. I called again today, (Tuesday) and demanded someone call me. I spoke to a Jon who said he would have a manager call me. The manager, JT called and said "Oh yeah we got your concern about your son." I then ask why no one called me. His exact words were "I am a black and white person. Get to the point." I told him I would but I want him to change his attitude. He laughs and hangs up the phone. Go back through and read the reviews. This place is terrible. Several people talk about all the various things malfunctioning and then the rude staff people who seemingly don't care. Terrible on all fronts. You have not heard the last from me. In the meantime go book your parties and go to another park. This is place is horrendous. Update: Your owner called and is in contact with me. There was nothing wrong done by me. To imply that is wrong. I have two other locations reviewing this matter as well. They are getting me in contact with people. Your owner said he would review the film of what happened to remedy it moving forward and has not gotten back to me in almost 2 weeks. I am thoroughly repulsed with this place. It was filthy dirty when we went (See picture!!), and there was not a staff member in sight near any of the play areas where my kids bounced around. I brought my 3 kids there on a busy holiday off of school a week ago.... And Yama Mama. Never again! I literally found a used tampon application in the ninja course my kids played in all day?! WTF. That was it for me. I snapped a quick photo and ran for the hills! They were so short staffed that I couldn't even find anyone to tell about it- so I felt compelled to clean up on their behalf! So not right. Don't let that many children in to play if you aren't properly staffed to ensure their safety & cleanliness. I even left the manager a msg about it, but was not surprised to hear nothing back. & HOW do they get away with charging up to $36 per person and offer this kind of customer service?!? What. A. Urban Air itself was a lot of fun. The problem I am having is what happened after we signed up. I was told at Urban Air that it was a such a good deal to sign up for the membership. I was shocked at the price, but I was assured that it was a Month to Month membership, and I could cancel at anytime. They didn't offer yearly memberships at this location, and it was so easy to cancel. After we used the place for a month, I e-mailed to cancel my membership. I was told I signed up a yearly membership paying monthly, and I owed $700 to get out of the contract. I explained to them what happened, and they apologized I was lied too, but I still hold firm I can't get out of this without just paying the entire fee upfront. I emailed an explained 3 more times, and all I get is a screenshot of the fine print. They couldn't care less about what I was told at the store. Now, I understand, I should have paused and taken a step back to really believe this was such a good deal, but the employee was so sure that I believed them. I don't want anyone else to get into the same situation dealing with the corrupt business of Urban Air. I believe this is their business model, lie about the membership cost, so we can stick them with a big fat bill. read more

The prices are ridiculous. Family of 4 and we spent over $60.00 just for wristbands alone...and NOT even able to have access at the whole place! . Throw in inflation with todays economy is more of a reason why I won't recommend this place. If I do end up coming back it won't be for months because who is supposed to afford these kinds of prices. The concession stand prices are also ridiculous. I understand you have a business here...but at your customers expense. Shame on you. read more

Unsafe for all age!!! The lack of parenting of the children was an embarrassment to all of us good parent. Way to many children left unattended and left with out knowing the safety rules of the facility. Kids running every where, running into people and knocking down little kids. There was also many kids budding in line and some parents allowing it causing other kids have to wait longer. No manners either. Saying excuse me when you walk by somebody should be something adults and children know. Because of the parents not paying attention and going over rules with kids caused kids to use the areas wrong leading to all the other kids not bring able to play on it the equipment the right way and safe way... read more

Great place for preteens and up. Not much to do with little kiddos. Would totally come back.

Took Our 13-year-old and six-year-old grandkids there as a reward for being good the week before. Our first time there. Thought it was a little pricey but we all had a great time. Spent about three hours there. The young men and ladies who were working were very, very nice and helpful. They were engaging with both my grandkids and had a great time bantering back-and-forth with them. read more

The place was great. Friendly, helpful, and clean. I had 5 kids ranging from 1-16 with me. JT was incredibly wonderful and hooked us up with a package. The staff was constantly cleaning. We spent 4 hours there, practically had the place to ourselves on a slow Monday. Best place ever! read more

1st time there and service was horrible the front desk lady had a horrible attitude, still waiting on a call back from the general manager after 1 1/2 weeks and 2 voicemails. and on top of that the front desk lady ignored my son standing there for 5 min trying to tell her his socks she gave him where too small then when I went up to him she ignored us for 10 more min and went out of her way to help every person and even left the counter to help someone with a question before she even acknowledged us. Would never go back and would never recommend this place due to service alone to anyone. read more
