I was kind of up in the air about using steam cleaning as I did not want my carpet wet for so long as we walk on carpet no matter where we go in the house except for the bathrooms. It was very interesting to watch how it was done and when he was finished (in less than than 2 hours) the house smelled so clean and fresh and the neat pattern he made in the carpet with the vacuum was amazing....I hated to vacuum over it with my vacuum cleaner. We have lived here for almost 6 years in South Carolina, and have used different companies to clean our carpets. Unfortunately most other companies use water to clean and after a couple of weeks, the dirt and stains would return. Ashton and Colby were excellent. Very professional. Their response time could not be beat! They explained every aspect of their cleaning process, and did a very impressive demonstration of how their method of carpet cleaning works. The technician asked me several times to look at the progress of what I had pointed out as trouble spots (from a very sick old dog - (RIP) and a high traffic area from husband's work boots!). The service is excellent, 98% of stains were removed completely. The other 2% were those deep seeded stains that no matter what company you use they aren't coming out. After the rental season I wanted the carpets cleaned and have always had them steam cleaned. They are older and had wear paths in the entrance through to the living area. Ashton told me the wear marks might not come out looking brand new, which was being honest. We opted to try it ....at least it wouldn't be wet like having it steam cleaned. We were pleasantly surprised with the outcome. We felt it was just as good if not better looking than the steam cleaning and we could walk on it without feeling like we were putting dirt back into the wet carpets. We had to rent a house while our new house was being built. The house was supposed to be clean before before we moved in. Not the case, the carpets were filled with dog hair and filthy.
