They never made me feel dumb or like I was wasting their time. Not to mention that they got back to me within five minutes with a quote - which came in $100 cheaper than the more popular, national company. AND they did not charge to come out and fix my vehicle at my house because we were within their service area. They called me first thing the morning they came out to tell me they were on their way, and my mom - who was here to give them the keys - said they handled everything themselves and were kind. Not only did they fix my window, they vacuumed out the glass inside the car! All of this was on one of the coldest days of the year.
