Will post update later. 6/19. Update: Had roof inspected and was told and showed how it was installed improperly. Shingles were distanced as to use as few as possible with as few a nails as possible. I guess that's why they had a about 30 bundles of shingles left over they charged my insurance company and then took them. My thoughts were confirmed. I'd use anyone else. Update 9/19 : Had roof replaced by a real roofing company and the results are completely different! Do yourself a favor and disregard the fake friends reviews to bring up the star rating. This is an absolute horrible company with even worse people running it. Since reviews have been posted random acts of vandalism against my property have happened which seem very similar to pictures of original damage.

I had to reschedule the phone consultation and made sure that I was available at that time. He never called. If they can't keep the agreed upon phone consultation appointment I don't think I would trust them to actually do the repairs needed.

He put it together wrong and destroyed half the parts. Chris was to fix a pergola roof and several boards were so crooked that they popped loose in less than 2 weeks. He promised to fix the items yet never showed and then doesn't respond. I found him working on another job. Texted him while I watched, he looked at the text, ignored it and went back to work. I took him to court, won and he has refused to pay. He doesn't take responsibility for his work. Don't use him or his brother. I have pictures if you want to see the problems. Even the deck he rebuilt for me, he didn't meet city codes and used crooked boards. Spending thousands of dollars, you should get a deck that passes code, railings that are straight and I didn't get that either.

Very disappointing experience, especially since we turned away other jobs/companies and cleared our calendar. Now our work goes undone until spring.
