Sales person was extremely rude. I had called Audio Waves but no one answered, so I decided to just…read morevisit. It was 4:23 PM. The sign on the door said opens at 9:00 but did not have a closing time, so I assumed they were open until 5:00. The open sign was lit, the door was unlocked and there was a man sitting at the counter inside. I went in and asked about replacing stereos in 2 different vehicles. He was really rude and talked to me like I was interrupting his day, although he was doing nothing. After I told him what I needed, he said "well we do close at 4:00". I apologized and said I was sorry I did not see that anywhere. He replied "Well what were you doing all day, to come in here now?" in a very rude voice. I WAS WORKING, jerk. He finally gave me an estimate for the screen replacement for the Jeep. I then specifically asked about how much for the part itself and the installation, and he just said "I don't know." I apologized for wasting his time and left. I will not be back. Evidently he did not want my business.

Drove all the way from Kentucky because I heard the owner was the 'VTX Whisperer' and I had some…read morethings going on with mine. I have an '03 and it's hard to find people who even want to work on them. I dropped it off and explained my issues, coolant leak, small oil leak, wanted to upgrade the lights, etc. I told him to take his time, since I'd have to come all the way back down from Ky to pick it up, I was in no hurry. He kept me informed, there was an issue with a part being on national backorder and if there were any other issues he let me know. He also talked with me about some things that are common with VTX's and answered any questions I had. I expected to faint at the price for all I had asked him to do, but he was VERY reasonable and affordable. On a side note, I'm a female and I didn't feel like he treated me differently than he would have any other person walking through the door. He didn't try to talk to or explain anything to my husband instead of me and I only mention this because I know a lot of mechanics who do. I wish this shop was closer but even still I wouldn't hesitate to ride back down if I needed to. What an amazing little shop and knowledgeable owner! I HIGHLY recommend!

I was under the impression that the vehicle was in good working condition and was never informed of any previous mechanical issues. I purchased a "bumper to bumper" warranty and accepted the vehicle. A couple of weeks after taking delivery of the vehicle I broke down on the interstate and had to be towed. I do not know what the dealer did to get the car running but about 2 weeks later I again broke down on the interstate and had to be towed. This time the dealer told me I needed a new battery ($395) which I found unsatisfactory when I had just purchased the vehicle. I informed the dealer that I was not happy with the vehicle. I am a 73 year old veteran that suffered a stroke in 2022 and must travel to the VA hospital frequently. I cannot risk breaking down constantly. I began to experience additional electronic issues with the vehicle (blue tooth not working, maintenance lights coming on and off and the air bag failure light staying on). The dealer informed me that I needed a software upgrade for several hundred dollars. Each time I went to the dealer with an issue I was told that I needed to pay a $200 diagnostic fee to determine if the problem was covered by my warranty (it never was). I was in a bad situation as I fell behind on my auto payments as I kept having to pay for repairs. I asked the dealer to trade out the vehicle but he said he could not do that. I was searching through the glove box and found an envelope that contained all the previous owner's personal information (address, phone number, etc) and copies of repair invoices from this dealer for many of the same issues I was experiencing. I feel that the dealer knew this vehicle had serious issues but chose to resale it any way. It is my contention this dealer took advantage of me by selling a vehicle with known issues and a warranty of no value. As a result I have to surrender the vehicle with possible negative impact on my credit as I cannot afford to have continual repair costs and risk breaking down constantly. It is disgraceful that a dealer would treat a 73 year old veteran this way for the purpose of making a dollar.

Cost was less than I expected and he was very gracious. My tires are 5 years old and I asked him if I needed to change the other 3. He could have told me yes but instead told me that, based on my driving needs, I don't have to replace until the hot summer weather arrives. It's hard to find kind and honest business owners. 3/20/25 We were…read moreheaded to Tampa for the weekend and got a flat tire a little past exit 460 Jasper, FL. We checked to see the nearest tire shop in the area and Suwannee Valley Tire came up. We called ahead of going there to let them know our issue (bad valve stem) and the directions to getting to their location (across from Hardee's). Upon arriving, they greeted me in the parking lot to help me unload the tire. As confirmed once they reviewed the tire, it was indeed a bad/old valve stem which they also mentioned, shouldn't have been that brittle being the tires were not old at all. They suggested we have our other tires checked out as well to make sure those valves weren't bad too. I must say, they made us feel real comfort in knowing our tire would be fine during the remainder of our trip and we are truly grateful for their professionalism and kind service.
