I cannot believe it took me this long to make the commitment. First and foremost I feel so much happier on an ongoing basis. This I was not expecting. Of course I feel stronger with more energy as well. Secondly, it seems like every time I start a committed fitness program I get injured. I am so competitive with myself, and in my youth I was so invincible. Of course as I age, and I still play tennis quite a bit, my joints do not bounce back as quickly. So when I first started with these guys my meniscus tear on my knee starting hurting a bit. They quickly changed my exercises and I was able to continue with no pain. I am now back into the grove. There are so many times I tell them I would not be there if I did not have the appointment, or I would have stopped 5 reps earlier if I was doing it on my own. It's sort of small compared to other Fitworks locations (I've been to Rocky River and Richmond Hts) and doesn't quite have as many amenities/features/machines. It's certainly not as impressive on paper compared to other Fitworks, but the little things count. The gym doesn't get too packed, so you'll rarely have parking issues or be waiting for machines. They play tolerable music over the speakers. Their staff is friendly, and the members are nice. They hold contests and events from time to time to bring the community together and reward its members. Before I was a member, I was just piggybacking onto my significant other's membership, which had free guest privileges. She had to go on a vacation for 30 days. With no trouble at all, they let me use her membership for the 30 days she was gone, even though the rules state that members must accompany guests at all times. My current gym wouldn't have allowed this based on past experiences I've had with them. I signed up with them after my 30 days were up. The little things really do matter.

I called corporate twice; no return call ever from them. Then I did get the manager a few times. Maria put me on hold for a full ten minutes, before I hung up, called again and got the voicemail. That was the first hold. Second hold, a few days later, I got put on hold again by Maria. Left again, by Maria. Called back and got her. She tried to coax me into staying many times. It was VERY OBVIOUS she was trying to get me to the 30 day mark and I said, NO CANCEL THIS and she said she did, apologized and I thought that was it. Until Sunday, May 26th when I received an email from a collections company!! I cannot believe this is happening. This is 2026 and predatory subscription practices still going strong. I am currently working on a resolution. I have not yet heard from either the store nor corporate, which I am not surprised. Corporate never returned my calls back when I was in the midst of trying to get this cancelled. It was AWFUL and now, a new issue.

When I first started the program I weighed in at 109lbs (very small, no muscle or strength) I am currently at 120lbs of pure muscle and strength. Garrett didn't just help me physically get stronger but mentally also. Throughout my life I always lacked confidence in myself by thinking I would never get stronger or have the body i dreamed of but when I met Garrett everything changed. I started seeing results within a month of working with him. I never knew how to deadlift correctly, what "push" or "pull"meant let alone know what workouts target which muscles. He motivates me everyday to get better and stronger and I am truly so grateful for that. Garrett has made me realize putting in the work and effort really can change your life and the way you see yourself as a person. I still have a lot more to learn and overcome but without All in Fitness I wouldn't be where I am today.
