So when I first started with these guys my meniscus tear on my knee starting hurting a bit. They quickly changed my exercises and I was able to continue with no pain. I am now back into the grove. There are so many times I tell them I would not be there if I did not have the appointment, or I would have stopped 5 reps earlier if I was doing it on my own.
