Messy work, messy wiring job, chipped the clear coat on my wood trim when they installed radio(minor damage but the trim is irreplaceable). Broken latches on interior panels/door panels. Cut wires all in my floorboard which were never vaccumed up. I wasn't gonna post a bad review but time after time of having to come back due to the system messing up on its own I feel like it's needed. Never letting y'all work on my car EVER again! There isn't any. they let a tech who was "training" work on my mercedes and i had to show him where the battery was, said hes used to chevys. & hes the one who chipped my wood panels. 1/4/2026 EDIT: if you go on the reviews and actually look at them half of them seem to be fake, and if you look at the bad ones on here/yelp and look at the terrible experiences people have with this place it's insane, Nice job wrapping that Bentley guys and blame the customer for everything that went wrong just like you did with me, yall do bad business and screw over your customers and I hope yall go down. As for the cars sitting in front of the shop (Ferrari, lambo, whatever else there is) I'm pretty sure there family owned and used to bring in customers to the shop. who in there right mind would leave a Ferrari and lambo sitting outside all day and night and never drive them, but there just using it to attract high value customers & do HORRIBLE work on there vehicles. moral of the story do the research and pay the extra buck take your vehicle elsewhere. Did not have a positive experience at all and end up incurring additional cost to repair damage…read morecaused by this individual. It became clear that he was inexperienced installation and careless in his service. Also showed no remorse and failed to assume responsibility for any of his actions. Specifically: 1) He was over 30 minutes late and didn't bother to notify me that he would be late for the appointment. When I reached out to himX that's when I learned that he'd be late. Did t even bother to apologize for lack of consideration of my time. 2) He initially installed the back up camera upside down and tried to first tell me that is the way the camera should be until I insisted something was wrong. He then realized the camera was installed incorrectly AFTER he had already drilled holes into the frame to mount the camera. He then had to change the location with new drilled holes. 3) when installed the radio, he didn't flush the radio and again tried to explain that it was installed correctly, only to have to redo the setting of the radio correctly. 4) Failed to reconnect the radio antenna causing him to come back and connect the antenna. 5) Literally broke the dash console when prying it up to reconnect the wires to the radio. As I am sitting right there, I witness him break the console but he denied doing so and said it was like that prior to him working on the job. This was clearly dishonest and I know my truck and knew it had not been broken and that I had witnessed first hand him breaking the console. I had to purchase a whole new console which cost me money. 6) failed to reset airbag light after he removed the console and claimed that the airbag light was on before he started working on the vehicle. Again, this was NOT true. Because of the above and lack of ANY responsibility for anything, I wouldn't recommend him for anything.

I bought the shocks used online for $140 and area 41 installed them for me and even calibrated them) Area 41 saved me literally 1000's of dollars and they were way more hospitable than the dealer. I will definitely be returning to look at the stereos or alarm systems. Their work is excellent and their customer matches. I highly recommend others to check them out.
