My husband and I went there for the head spa treatment for our anniversary. We walked in and were greeted by a very kind receptionist, then led to the lounge to wait. It was quite calming, though you could hear the traffic outside. When our appointment time came, our technicians (? I don't know what to call them) took us to the couples room, where we proceeded to have the most relaxing experience of our lives. We had the 60 minute treatment, which included a "mini facial". I was expecting maybe a quick wash with a sheet mask. Oh nooooo, this was much more than that! Several different eye and skin masks, then our whole heads were in a steam capsule while we had arm/shoulder massages. We honestly didn't want to leave. Accessibility note: the only thing not accessible is the head spa area as it is down a flight of stairs. All other spa areas can be made accessible.
