I've tried washing it myself. Even rented a big machine for it. My results were decent, but, boy, not like this. The white house trim and gutters pop. Our white garage door only looked this good when it was first installed decades ago. The siding is spotless, and the mildew is gone. I even had him pressure wash our old deck. I don't think I've ever seen it look this good. Terry says the magic is in his use of hot water and a special cleaner, but it also comes from his 30 years of experience and his attention to detail. HOWEVER, we did NOT expect to have to provide water hoses so the gutters could be cleaned properly. Wonder what would have happened if we didn't have any, or enough for a 2 story house?. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we got NO receipt!! Hubby had to sign a paper stating it was OK to charge for "rest" of service once the guy returned to the office, and yep, no copy of that paper either. The woman answering the phone was lovely and said the charge would be 250.00 for a 2000 square foot house. The house was not very dirty at all. One girl showed up and worked for a while an hour later the second worker showed up. They must have left right after I did because I had to totally clean the house after they left. They didn't move items, they wiped around them. The floors had spots of dirt and the sink didn't look like like the touched it. Be careful about hiring this company they were not what they claimed to be.
