So very disappointed and upset of XYZ Cargo. You were referred by a friend and did try to send our 2 XL boxes on April that we expect to be deliver in 2 months as you advertised. We are worried bec when we arrived in the Philippines, no Boxes was receive which we expected will arrive there on time. We already get back to US til now it was still with custom?! Its already 4 months! and no progress for the Cargo boxes. Never Ever will use your service. If there's concern you should give updates to the customer on whats the issue here. I've been their customer for 3 yrs.they were good until this yr last May I sent a box to Antipolo they just received the box yesterday., way too long and not only that a lot of stuff was stolen. They said it was open from Custom and searched due to contraband inspection because a customer sent drugs to philippines, and when it reached my family there are areas of the box that was opened and even a small box that was inside was opened. While my relatives opened it we chatted online and I told them that the box was too loose not like when I packed it and I fold the items on the top,a lot of items were missing like a small laptop, Can goods etc. So no more xyz. I've been sending boxes with this company and never had a problem until recently when somebody send contraband . For the past 2 shipments , it was opened and I was thinking it was from the customs checking for contraband however lots of missing items, nit even sure it it's really from customs , no more XYZ for now . read more

Multiple shipments with stolen content under the ruse of customs contraband search. Customs search uses a special tape and leaves a lable in the box that it was searched. Their employees somewhere along the lines just steal. They used to be good but not anymore. read more

My experience with XYZ is good. During the pandemic there was really delays , but after that the max is 2 months and I don't loose anything. They are honest. When my boxes reach the Philippines they text and update the recipient. Thank you XYZ. read more

We sent a box to Philippines from California.My wife got there to receive the box but Xyz said it was at customs but it wasn't it was with them there at their warehouse they opened it and stoked many of our items that were for our family members like nuts ,candy,Nike shoes ,shampoos,bar soaps, clothes and can food. read more

They picked up my boxes April 28, 2025 until now my family didn't received the package they said still under inspection, but the thing when that inspection able to release our boxes? all my 24 packs chocolates were stolen. and 10,000 pcs disposable tips and racks we're stolen too actually when they pick up the boxes they let me write the list . he just said it will be okay. then 4 months already my boxes not yet arrived. they said oh because they are drugs found in LA . Driver backed truck into driveway, rang doorbell and chime multiple times and was insisting on delivering something we didn't order from the Philippines. Driver sat on his bumper in the driveway for 10 mins on his phone then left. I called 888 number who transferred me to SD number and was not answered. No good customer service. I called all the numbers I have( I have 6 phone numbers with this company)- no answer. This was 2.5weeks before Christmas. Finally when I was able to contact one person earlier today I thought he already book my pick up with the date that he mentioned to me. Later on , he texted and gave me another person to call. When I called this new person he asked me to txt my name and information. Like okay?? Lol anyways I asked him what his name was-he didn't even answer. First time to use xyz but they failed. Sent package on Feb 16,2021. Its already May 6, and have not arrived. I went back to ALAS cargo instead which i have been using for 5 years now and they never failed. Sent box with them recently Mar 14 and its been delivered. Second time using them , first time was good, but this time.. call on Saturday for a pick up on Monday, they said between 1 to 4pm. It's Monday at 3:45pm no pick up yet, no phone informing me if there are any issues with picking up today. So I call the office and the said no driver, truck problem, etc, etc, they should have call me if they weren't able to pick up. What kind of customer service they have, who train them. read more

They don't have good customer service. They give wrong information over the phone and pick up person comes not on the time range they say.

I sent my box they this cargo a while back, they have an assigned couple who picked up my box. A lot of my good stuff sent were never received by the recipient, a lot of the nice items were missing. Items sent were all listed. All the expensive and valuable items were missing and worst , they were with sentimental values. Never sent anything thru them . I do not recommend this cargo. read more

Our family has been using XYZ Global Express for a few years now , 5 Star shipping company . They are I Cerritos, we usually drop off our boxes a few times a year . They seem to get to there destination sooner than other companies that we have used before . We never had one of our boxes opened or lost , great company . Worst company ever! Poor customer service, didnt even apologize for the delayed shipment of boxes. Told me to check the website for tracking( but it was never provided) shipped my box last May 15, has not arrived the country yet! They blame covid ekek or closed ports, 44 vessels in the sea etc. but other shipping companies did not have any problem. They wont refund or give you insurance for the missing box! Very unprofessional service especially when picking up the boxes. They do not commit to their schedules. Poor customer service too. I called up Saturday and they scheduled the pickup on Monday. Nobody called me and nobody picked up my box. I followed up Monday morning and the guy said he already gave the list of customers scheduled for that day and told me I was on the list. Nobody called me and nobody came in the morning. I called up again in the afternoon to follow up and the guy said he will call the pickup guy. Still nobody called me and nobody picked up my box. I called them the following day to inquire why they did nit pick up. The guy said sorry but did not give any reason and said that he will call the pickup guy. And that they will pick up my box on Wednesday because they had no pickup scheduled for Tuesday. This was already Unacceptable. So I called another freight forwarder/shipper and have them pick up my box. read more

They stole 6 pc spam , 2 nike shoes n 2 iPhones n2 Samsung according to my sister 2 of the boxes was dented n was 20 inch open on the bottom even with the strap on ,I called all the number they have from Vegas to phills everyone ignores me n ppl from Phil's denying everything even I provided them pictures n box was open idk what to do read more

This is our first time to use this cargo company. I've heard good things from a friend of mine. They currently have a promo and will end 10/15. The box shown on the photo ships for $50.00 free pickup. You have to pay $6 for the box and they'll give you an empty box upon pick up. The workers were friendly and polite especially May. I will come back and update my review once the box arrives PI. For now they get a 5 star and I hope that it stays that way. read more

Erica Quizon from the main warehouse in Pampanga showed no respect and was so rude to my sister when she called to check on the package I sent last April 4 2021 which supposedly as promised from XYZ cargo Temecula Branch in USA, CA that picked up our package that my family would have it no later than 60 days and it's July 09 2021, still up to now they can't give my family a time frame as to when they can release the package from pampanga warehouse to get transferred to Pasig warehouse for the final delivery.... The last time my sister spoke with that Erica was last week and I was on the speaker phone listening to their conversation so I heard how that Erica disrespectfully treated my sister and I heard she promised that they would deliver this week but until now my sister has not been contacted by someone from the main warehouse in pamapanga... we are trying to call their office but the phone was unattended .... We sent 2 boxes thru XYZ for the first time to try it out after using LBC for the longest time and we regret our decision the box arrived to its destination 6 months after and all the food items were gone before it reached its destination. No repeat business. Not recommended to anybody. read more
