I had to ship an item to Poland and the guy helping me out was amazing. I needed my items packaged and he helped me package everything. He was very friendly, communicated clearly, and answered every question. He prepared my shipment quickly and in general, service was great. The owner, Kedir, was exceptionally professional and helpful throughout the process of quoting how fast and how much it would cost me to internationally ship documents as soon as possible. I had experienced excellent customer service with USPS and FedEx on the same day but unfortunately their delivery dates were later and the total price was more than $100+ whereas DHL saved me $30 and could arrive a few days sooner. There is plenty of parking and the interior of the store is modern and clean. I was offered water and the transaction was smooth. I recommend this business and wish Kedir continued success maintaining great service and very reasonable rates. read more

Amazing service, quick and easy. The place is clean and well organized. I was shipping a package to China and didn't understand the extensive online process, good thing I found this DHL location. Kedir is very knowledgeable, and quickly processed my shipping request. It was no more than 10-15 minutes before I was out and on my way. My package was about 30lbs , price is reasonable to China for around $500. Side note. Thanks to Kedir for the coffee - it was much needed! :) read more

I want to give a 5 star to Yusef? I know I mis-spelled his name but he had a kind, professional and empathetic customer service that really just made this entire process of sending things internationally easy and stress free. I hope that all employees model after his work ethics! Owner is nice as well! I am leaving this review only for Yusef as I had really bad customer service with a different (shorter guy) worker previously before being rushed and being rude when I was the only one at this location. read more

So I don't necessarily want to post a bad review because he did help me was very nice however $300 to mail some thing that's only 3 pounds to England seems a little crazy. Maybe that's just me. I am definitely going to hit up UPS right now and see how much it would cost me there, maybe it is just gonna be this expensive and if that's the case it's not getting mailed lol read more

Went to DHL Anaheim location (on Brookhurst) - we needed to send a package to our daughter in France ASAP. The gentleman who helped us was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The price to send the package was 70$ cheaper than FedEx and UPS and was going to arrive 3 days sooner. I definitely recommend this DHL location and service for anyone who needs to send packages internationally. read more

A+++++service. Helped me with packaging two very large expensive fragile items in extra-protective boxes and bubble wraps. I forgot and left without purchasing "adult signature on delivery." The owner called to let me know and explained the risk. He went ahead and created new shipping labels for me, emailed me the new tracking numbers and waived the signature fees for the two boxes. **Scam Scam Scam** Kedir is extremely rude, and unprofessional. I've had a online mailbox with him for a few years. He is always late in discarding mail so he can charge extra for storage. Now I have been trying to cancel my mailbox for quite some time and he ignores my online and phone requests to ship my mail. This prevents me from being able to cancel my mailbox because it still has mail in it so he can charge $40 per month for storage. When I was in the store a few months ago I should have taken notice of how he treated another mailbox customer, very rude and dismissive. He was the cheapest mailbox around so I ignored it, thinking he must have had a bad day. Now I realize he's the cheapest upfront but then makes it very hard to cancel so that's how he makes his money. It must be frustrating to have to scam people to pay the bills, maybe that's why he's so rude. read more

Great no hassle service. Was gently greeted at the door, then asked the clerk about their fingerprinting service who kindly replied. Needed to get fingerprinting done and get some documents printed for the fingerprints. There was a computer available to use to download the documents, or you could forward your documents to their email address. They got my documents and printed them quickly. After the necessary documents were filled out and verified I went to get my fingerprints scanned. This was a quick and seamless process that took only a few minutes. Once the fingerprints were done I paid and was kindly sent along my way. Overall great experience, very quick and easy with great customer service. read more

I have been a customer here for a month or so. My experience as far has been superb! Sending and receiving mail at Easy Ship is so convenient and extremely easy. The establishment appears to be a family owned and operated business which in turn does give off a family friendly vibe every time I come to pick up mail. The only remembers you and is so nice each and every time you visit. I have had a few other mailbox services before and Easy Ship is so far my top pick! A big plus is that they are open a little bit later than the US post office so I don't have to rush from work to get my mail which is a big plus for convenience and safety. Very satisfied with the service I received yesterday since I came in to ship an DHL international package and the owner helped me prepare the package to ship, since I had too large of a box. With no extra fee he taped up the package and sent me a confirmation email. The store has been recently remodeled and has a lot of choices for shipping packages large and small. He also offers Uhaul truck rentals and has a lot of supplies in the store for all your shipping needs. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone who wants friendly and quick service for all your shipping needs whether it is Fed Ex, UPS or DHL he also offers Notary services. I just want to mention one or two things about this store and the very excellent service I got for 4 visits I did in the last six months . 1- how clean and organized this store. 2- The courteously of the owner and all the people work there . 3- How fast and convenient my visits were . One incident I had to copy and fax about 135 pages and I will never forget the owner when he knew I have financial problems and he had to give me some of his service for free and gave big discount on the other things . Amir is a great guy. He is very patient and tried his best to save me money shipping my package with dhl. He called them dirctly and told me let me try to save u money. He spent 10 mins talking to them. Reduced the rate from 120$ to 80$. With the $40 saving he did for me was incrediably and emazing experience. I never had some one that tried to save me money and spend 10 mins on the phone with dhl even though the store was very busy. Not to mention he is polite, patient, helpful. I will defin go back there to ship all my packages. Great guy. Keep up the good work read more

This place was still open on Saturday, which I found to be even more convenient than many other shipping places that tend to be closed on the weekends. I went here after getting quotes from everywhere in Anaheim for a U Haul. I spoke to the owner Kadir, who is a very nice and funny man. He gave me the best quote and worked with me on all of the supplies I needed. I am a very picky person that wants the best and want things done correctly the first time. He even let me use the printer there because I forgot to bring my paper I needed him to sign. The place is very clean and nice inside. Avoid at all costs unless you need to drop off. She'll gaslight you and make you the Karen. On March 30 around 4:00 p.m., I went to a USPS location to deal with a money order that was over six months old. My bank couldn't deposit it because it was "stale-dated" per the bank's own policy. I came totally prepared with the original money order, the original receipt/stub, and my photo ID. The first location didn't know how to handle it, so I drove to this main office per their suggestion at about 4:20. When I got there, I asked for PS Form 6401 (money order inquiry form). Multiple employees told me they didn't have the form available and THEY would need to print it out. Of course, nobody actually attempted to print it. The clerk helping me had no clue how to process my request. When the supervisor, Mindy, happened to walk by, the clerk asked her if I could use the existing money order to purchase a new one. Mindy refused that request. I told them I understood and explained again that I wasn't asking to purchase a new one with the old one, but that I was just looking for a replacement money order. After refusing my request, Mindy just walked away. I asked the clerk if I could speak with her directly. The clerk said she'd go get her, but then came back and told me I'd have to wait. After waiting for an extended period of time, they told me the supervisor "might have gone to lunch" or couldn't be found and to call another/go to the original office, despite their policy stating ANY post office can handle this issue. I asked why I was being made to wait if she was nowhere to be found or went to lunch right before closing (also, what?). Then, magically, Mindy appears, right before closing. Instead of addressing my issue, she completely ignored me and asked the next person in line if they needed help dropping off mail. I spoke up and explained that as the purchaser/payor, I am requesting a replacement as these don't expire. She repeatedly told me they couldn't cash it and that I needed to go back to the original post office. I explained multiple times that I knew it was a large amount and I wasn't insisting on cashing it--a replacement money order was perfectly fine. I also let her know that this was already the fifth post office I'd been to (including the original location), and all of them said they didn't have enough cash on hand. I then pulled up the official USPS policy and FAQ page directly from their website on my phone and showed it to her. The policy specifically states that a money order is considered "spoiled" if you need a new recipient, and that spoiled or damaged money orders can be reissued immediately at no fee as long as you have the original money order and receipt. I explained that since my bank wouldn't accept it due to its age, I was requesting a replacement as a "spoiled" money order with myself listed as the new recipient, exactly as the policy outlines. Mindy literally just pointed at it and asked, "Is it damaged?" I responded that no, it wasn't physically damaged, but it was spoiled because the bank couldn't deposit it and I needed a new recipient. She flat-out refused to read the policy on my phone and just kept repeating, "That is not the policy." She was completely fixated on whether it was physically damaged and willfully ignored the actual definition of a spoiled money order while making it seem like I was causing a scene. Mind you, they were actively issuing new money orders to other people at the counter during this exact time! Despite this, Mindy just kept repeating that since it wasn't lost or physically damaged, she couldn't do anything. She completely ignored the official policy I showed her and the fact that I was asking for a spoiled replacement. SHE EVEN SUGGESTED I BUY ANOTHER ONE. I stayed there until closing time and left frustrated. After finally leaving, I went to another USPS office way out of my way, but closes at a later time. They had PS Form 6401 ready to go, understood the policy immediately, and handled my exact request without a single issue. Do not go here unless you want to be gaslit.
