Ok I do not normally go to wonder Cuts but I had to take my nephew to get his hair cut today and…read morethat is where his mom takes him. So we went. I was still skeptical as we walked in. There was nobody there at all. Two ladies came up from the back as one more young man came in the door. They checked my nephew and the next client in and then while my nephew was taken back right away it was a little bit before another woman finally came from the back and waited on the second client. If I had been waiting that long with nobody working I probably would have left but that is just me. My nephew is very much a stickler for things being the same every time he does them. I am pretty sure that one day he would be a great bean counter -- or maybe he will be a paleontologist because only Ross Geller on friends loved dinos as much as this kid. But I digress. So my nephew goes back and he is used to washing his hair first and then cutting it but today his stylist - Amanda - suggested washing it after she cuts it -- so it washes away hairs and feels good. It took some heavy talking on her part but he finally agreed and climbed into her chair. Amanda was awesome. Not only did she do a great job on his haircut but she was so friendly ... and so was the other stylists that came in. They talked to him the whole time (and believe me he talks back) and he really had a great time. His new haircut not only made him feel so cool but he was quick to say how awesome it was. And it was. I enjoyed that they made him feel so great while getting his hair done. I will for sure make sure that Amanda does his hair from now on. I took her card back and told my sister she has got to make sure he sees her. Awesome job!! On a side note they have a decent selection of products including Paul Mitchell AND in the back they have yummy bath bombs in all sorts of flavors!!!

The last few times I entered the business at time of opening, as per usual, I was taken after someone else walked in.. they don't make appointments... I guess some don't take precedent over others. Haven't gone back.
