I was their first customer and have gone to them every 2-3 weeks since they opened quite a few years ago. As an artist my hands receive rough treatment but my nails still look great. If I do get a chip they fix me right up, no charge, and I am on my way. I always get complimented on my pretty nails. The owners and staff are thoughtful, delightful and masters of their craft. The complimentary beverages and wine are very welcome on a hot summer day. read more

My favorite nail salon in Baton Rouge. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They make sure you are comfortable and are professional in the care. I love getting my eyebrows done here and have never been disappointed! They are usually pretty busy, but they will get to you as quickly as possible and keep you informed of the time frames. read more

This was my first time visiting this salon , I've been going to the same nail salon for 10 years but i just recently moved about 30 minutes away from that salon so this one was a little closer so i decided to give them a try . The staff is sweet as pie but i did not enjoy my service . I received a pedicure , and i left with multiple cuts on multiple toes and also the bottom of my foot doesn't look like i got a pedicure THREE DAYS AGO. I'm very disappointment being that between both my husband and I's pedicure i spent $80. read more

Best Nail and Salon is the newest nail salon in my area of town so I decided to check it out the other day for a pedicure. Overall, I am a fan of this place. The shop was clean and the staff prompt and friendly. They don't have a huge selection of nail polish colors to choose from but this could simply be because they are new. There was no wait when I went. The service was great. They even offered me a free beverage (I chose a iced green tea). The leg and foot massage during the pedicure was the best I have ever had. The pedicure totaled $29 and they take credit cards. I will definitely be back! read more

Well I didn't realize the name really spoke for itself, but it sure does! This truly was one of the best experiences I've had in a salon in a very long time. My first time there, but nearly everyone else who walked in was treated like family. Names were remembered, and times were respected. More importantly, every person who walked in the door was touched in some way without any wait. I've been going to Best Nail since they day they opened. I like to try new nail salons in my area because the salons are so clean when new.....well I never left best nail. They are amazing. I've been to this nail salon on numerous occasions and I've noticed a continued troubling practice of seemingly asking African American and other POC to pay before their nails are finished. I would understand this practice if it was applied equally across the board (i.e.,asking all consumers to pay prior to services being finished) however that is not the case. I'm disappointed and frustrated at this because I've enjoyed coming to Best Nail Salon, the owners of the salon seem to be genuinely good people and do amazing work, however their employees seem to be engaging in continued discriminatory practices. read more

This is my second visit to Best Nails. Driven primarily by the convenience of them being open on Sundays, I'm still happy to patronize. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. The owners are visible and check in on you often as you receive your services. They also offer you a complimentary beverage. I have enjoyed my shellac manicure both times. It is a very clean, but simple shop. The only downfall is that they are a little bit pricier than nearby salons that offer the same quality of service. Parking is great and right next door to Albertsons if you need to grab a quick item on your way home. I would recommend them to a friend. read more

I just visited Best Nails for the first time and I'll be back. I almost don't want to post this review because I don't want others to know about this great place! There were plenty of nail techs to take care of the many customers. The shop is impeccably clean and very peaceful. I was offered a new magazine and a bottle of water when I came in. The nail professionals who worked on my mani and pedi did a wonderful job getting my feet soft. All of the employees were cheerful and engaged with the customers rather than each other as sometimes happens. I'll be back to Best Nail Salon, which I think is aptly named. read more

Went in for a dip manicure. They were a little bit busy so they were a bit all over the place. My mom and I had called in an appointment and we showed up right on time. We waited for about 30 minutes before being treated. The man who did my nails did them very quickly and burned my skin off the the point in which I was bleeding with the tools. Once the man had finished I went home and within the next 4 days every nail had chipped off (I got dip nails btw). I would not recommend. read more

So I originally posted and gave them 5 stars I would do the same for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. But as far as fullsets NO I would give this salon 2 stars! After 4 days my nails look horrible there lifting in the back and since they didn't push my cuticles back before doing the process they look as if I have press on nails missplaced. Also they are very thick. You would think I've had these nails on for 3 weeks. Nails don't grow after 4 days and mind you I was on vacation so I wasn't in dish water or messing with nails to were they should look I've had them on for a month. read more

Worst nail salon ever. I just move to LA a few days ago and I decided to try this nail salon because its near my house, first of all they did a horrible job on my feet, not even clean my courners or remove ingrown nails, and they are too pricey, just a regular pedi $29.00 and not even a good one. After they finish my pedi I wanted to do my manicure and they told me to sit in a chair and they start taking walk ins and I looked stupid just waiting for my turn, i realized they didn't have the intention to do my mani any time sooner, so I stand up and left. I really like this place! The staff is friendly and they don't rush you out like other places. They take their time and pamper you & I love that! I'm always pleased when I leave. Only complaint i have is the massage chairs are old.. and need to be replaced! I can barely feel it moving but definitely hear the creaking noises of the chair. Other than that.. they offer a beverage which is nice and the ambiance is relaxing. I buy gift certificates here for my mom and mother in law here now and they both enjoy it as well! read more

Fantastic salon! I was referred to this place by a friend because it was closer to my home than the one I was using. The people who work in this along are absolutely "THE BEST". They are totally professional, work flawlessly as a team and keep customer service and customer comfort in mind at all times. I use the gel type nail polish and, when they do my nails, I can typically go three weeks between services. When other salons do my nails using the gel style polish, I am lucky to get a full two weeks on my nails. I think it is the time they take with getting the polish just right that makes the difference. read more

VERY pleasantly surprised. I just moved to this side of Baton Rouge and was hesitant to find a new salon. I was extremely impressed by how clean and professional they were. Loved that they use liners in the pedicure basins, brand new tools, complimentary drinks, brand new magazines to read. Superb service by the nail techs... they were extremely friendly.
