I had been hounding my landlord for years to clean up the property, thinking it was affecting mine and my neighbors business. At first I was upset this would cost me money, but realized this was a blessing in disguise as I now had full control over the most important marketing for a barbershop, a beautiful and welcoming entrance for old and new customers.
