David Sullivan and his crew made short work of the demolition, and soon thereafter constructed a frame for a 50' x 70' concrete foundation for a metal building. In no time, the rebar was installed and concrete was poured. For a couple days it looked like an asteroid could land on it and not break anything! The Sullivan crew was fast and professional, starting work at the crack of dawn on hot days. Overall, we are very pleased with their work and with the foundation!

From the moment he arrived, Greg was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only handled the cleaning and repairs with expertise but also took the time to thoroughly inspect my fireplaces and answer all of my questions. His clear explanations and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free and reassuring. We ended up having clogged spark arrestors, clogged pipes, and didn't have a waterproof seal on the chimney. The last chimney sweep that happened a couple of months ago didn't even catch this, which was crazy.
