So, let's start with service: Jose picked up my call on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and promised to arrive for an emergency septic tank pumping on Monday/Memorial Day. Amazing! Jose and his crew are professional and knowledgeable and they bring the right balance of humor and seriousness into their work. He has educated me through every step of the process, per my request, with patience and clear communication. Technical expertise: it is clear that Jose has been in this field and in Sonoma County for a long time. He was dear friends with the septic guy we used 10 years ago on our property and is well connected in this area. Although he has all the modern tools needed to fully diagnose what our septic tank/each line system needed, it was as if he knew what the issues were prior to even digging into the soil.
