The results where terrible... Only the front seat and not really good on the dash just l9ked dirty...then the back seat nothing touched but he wiped the seats down but not all the way....mates were clean but not the drivers side. Still muddy.... The back he didn't wipe the headrest and there was dog hair still on the top of the car he didn't vacuum at all.... He didn't get in the crevices like spoken about on his website..... Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. I don't want to go back to this lousy company and will let everyone know it's terrible. Terrible service and a waste of time

It turned out to be a great referral. I had done a lot of research on my own as the sailboat had an unusual thru-hull configuration. Brian was thoughtful and respectful when working with me, even though I'm a girl and don't know boats. He actually complimented me on my research and said he learned something by working on this strange configuration. He's a straight-shooter, no BS, no attitude, no drama kinda guy. He replaced the old weird volcano thru-hulls including relocating some of them to more convenient locations. He did a swell job on the bottom paint. He was easy to work with. And his prices were fair and reasonable. If you have a weird situation or just need the usual bottom paint, definitely go talk to him. Another BIG perk is he has a space at the Port of Everett which is less per day than the Port's spaces -- that means that if you need to do something to the boat while it's out of the water you can utilize his scaffolding.

I called Keith, the owner of Blue Ridge Marine, and he got me in immediately. He was honest about what would be needed and made me feel confident they would be able to get it running. 72 hours later, he gave me a call that everything was fixed. The price was very fair considering how much had to be done. Keith also took the time to explain things I should look out for, what I'll need done next year(nothing) and the following years. His mechanic has been working on Mercruisers for decades and is considered one of the best in North America. I cannot recommend Blue Ridge Marine enough. I live in Seattle, but it is well worth it to drive out of my way to get my boat worked on by Keith. (They have moved to just a few minutes north of Marysville)

these folks are top of the line in every way!! they we're completely awesome when i first came in…read moreto drop our prop off. its a hi end wake board boat so if its not right you can feel it.. they called me 4-5 days later and said they were finished! i remember thinking "right on, that was pretty quick! the price was right about where i thought it would be if their prices are fair! i went to go pick it up and i realized they close hella early (4pm) . i wondered to the back to find someone since i prepaid. he was absolutely outstanding in helping me after hours to get me this prop! he called the equily awesome front office folks at home and they used their hone computers to look up my prop and let me take it home!! yes the people are really great but the props they work on are 2nd to no one! they did such a perfect job you cant even tell it was ever damaged. thanks so so much the prop shop!! see ya next time!!
