I called Keith, the owner of Blue Ridge Marine, and he got me in immediately. He was honest about what would be needed and made me feel confident they would be able to get it running. 72 hours later, he gave me a call that everything was fixed. The price was very fair considering how much had to be done. Keith also took the time to explain things I should look out for, what I'll need done next year(nothing) and the following years. His mechanic has been working on Mercruisers for decades and is considered one of the best in North America. I cannot recommend Blue Ridge Marine enough. I live in Seattle, but it is well worth it to drive out of my way to get my boat worked on by Keith. (They have moved to just a few minutes north of Marysville)

The results where terrible... Only the front seat and not really good on the dash just l9ked dirty...then the back seat nothing touched but he wiped the seats down but not all the way....mates were clean but not the drivers side. Still muddy.... The back he didn't wipe the headrest and there was dog hair still on the top of the car he didn't vacuum at all.... He didn't get in the crevices like spoken about on his website..... Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. I don't want to go back to this lousy company and will let everyone know it's terrible. Terrible service and a waste of time

When we went to retrieve the motor this shop charged us $90 for "parts search". We paid it in order to get the boat back. Mukilteo Marine had quoted us $1000 in labor to do this repair. We then took the boat to another shop. They found the parts in an hour and the motor was repaired the same day (today) for exactly $500 in labor. Mukilteo Marine was suggested to us by "The Prop Shop" next door. That shop now has zero credibility with us. Documentation to support this review is maintained without time limit.
