I am writing this review for my mother which I took her to his office for second opinion and I don't recommend him because he was worst Dr I ever seen in my life.we went to his office for second opinion on my mom's bronchitis.first thing all his staff were so rude and we got there little late and asked me to reschedule and finally they said oaky.Because she is a member of Kaiser they said we have to pay $425 cash.One of the nurse took us to the room in which was a storage room with two chairs,after more than half an hour nurses with laptop came in and asked her few questions and left .By the way I send her documents week before.after two hours doctor came to the storage room and he went next door and get chair and came back to room ,it was obvious that he did not look at anything and did not even look at list of medications that I wrote and told my mom you have bad case in your lung and for sure this was not what her Dr in Kaiser told her.it was obvious that because my mom was 88 years old he treated her like.Thanks to Kaiser that taking care of her several times with lots of care and kindness.it seem this Dr only care about money not patient and never recommend him and was the worst experience. read more

The check in process wasn't the most pleasant at the beginning...we waited about 20 minutes before being roomed, but once we got in it went smoothly and staff was kind. We were very happy with the physician assistant, nelly. She was warm, professional, and attentive. My wife and I (Yakov Krendel) have been patients of Dr. Yadegar for many years. All these years, the Doctor has been, so to speak, guarding our health. My experience here was questionable start to finish. I went in to get a specialists opinion regarding my annual bronchitis. I was hoping a pulmonologist would shed some light on how to treat active symptoms and prevent long term damage. Not only did the provider (one of Dr. Yadegar's PAs) provide no insight or possible explanation, the tests they ordered (performed in office) were sloppy and unnecessary. It seemed they only did them to charge my insurance. The Spirometry test repeatedly reported "invalid result" until the technician who was a raspatory student left the room only to return and claim that the test was successful. The Pulmonary stress test was performed with an ordinary puls oximeter on my finger and constituted me walking leisurely up and down the hall while they monitor my O2 saturation and pulse. Their pulseox was reading 140 BPM about 10 min into the test. My smart watch however listed 86 bpm. I INISTED THEIR EQUIPMENT WAS FAULTY until they replaced it and the numbers began to synchronize in the 85 to 95 range. The test only lasted a few min after the oximeter was replaced. read more

Very disappointed in this Pulmonologist visit for my elderly mom. Sloppy and very low tech breathing tests (completely agree with reviewer below) performed by what seemed a student or some type of inexperienced assistant. Dr saw her only briefly. The doctor was very nice but his office is in disarray. There seems to be a problem actually talking to someone in the office. First the phone is answered by someone in Asia and then she connects you to the front desk. Phone rings 8-10 times then they hang up on you. This has happened several times. I had an appointment with Dr. Yadegar on 01/18/23, first time ever seeing a pulmonologist or ever needing one really. I have not stopped coughing since October (right after having a mild case of Covid). Then it just got worse and worse, I couldn't breathe well, quite difficult and after a few trips to the Urgent care gave me multiple drugs to treat the symptoms. I received mild relief and as soon as the medications were done, boom, everything came back, cough, running nose, fogginess. This was maddening and repeated itself 3 times. Until Dr, Yadegar. From the moment I called, everyone and I mean everyone ~ they cared about ME! I felt it. I truly felt they wanted me to be better and they were determined to get to the bottom of it. I feel I'm on my way. They didn't have an opening (this was the 4th pulmonologist I called and they're all booked for 4 months out). So concerned, the receptionist put me on hold and asked if I could come at 8AM the next Wednesday (yes!) that the doctor would come in early. I was like WOW. They had all the ore paperwork via email and ordered a chest X-ray to make this appointment easier. The doctor and staff were so very thorough and prepared in this appointment. I too was prepared, I made a chronological list of everything I had done and all medications I had taken, doctor said they were all wrong and put me on the right dosages and ordered a CT scan (never had one of those before) and return in two weeks with a better "diagnosis" and plan moving forward. I knew it the day after I took the new meds that I was on the right track, felt so much better and feel I'm getting better every day. What an experience, from the front office staff all the way to the PA (she's amazing) to the doctor, all without a doubt the best visit I've ever had to a doctors office. I knew in the middle of this pandemic it was going to be hard to find a pulmonologist that can see me for post COVID symptoms that were lingering. Since the majority are dealing with COVID patients. I contacted Dr. Yadegar's office, and Wendy (very sweet and helpful) had me send over my Chest X-ray for review. They had me scheduled within 2 weeks for a consult with Dr. Yadegar!!!! Consult went very well and he decided he needed to see me so 2 days later I had my first office visit with him. He gave me an inhaler and neubulizer treatment and thank god that did it for me!!!!!! My shortness of breath and cough is 90% better. What I love about him also is FOLLOW UP! He follows up with his patients and doesn't leave you stranded in the dark! When I had COVID-19, Dr. Yadegar took much better care of me than my own primary care physician. He listened to my concerns, gave me advice, and took my personal situation into consideration when giving me a game plan. I believe he saved my life because even with his cutting edge treatments and advice of getting BamLam antibody infusion, I still ended up with covid-19 related pneumonia, but because of Dr. Yadegar's intervention it was mild enough that I was able to stay home for the entire duration and escape hospitalization. TOP NOTCH PULMONOLOGIST. I'm surprised Dr. Yadegar does not have more 5-star reviews, but here is mine. I scarcely give five stars to anybody, but I am more than happy with his level of service, friendliness, knowledge, patience, and respect toward his patients. I was referred to him after doing an overnight sleep study to see if I had more than snoring to worry about. Sure enough, my body was unable to fall into deep sleep due to dozens of "apneas" (when your breathing starts and stops). Over 30 is severe, and I had close to 50! No wonder I felt sleepy during the day! No wonder I dozed off while driving! No wonder I'd fall asleep two seconds after going to bed! MY BODY WAS EXHAUSTED! Dr. Yadegar analyzed my sleep study, made some calls, and hooked me up with a CPAP machine to help me breathe at night while sleeping. I've used that machine like clockwork from the very first night UPS sent it to me. Not only have I stopped snoring, but now I sleep with less than 5 apneas! My body and brain have finally gotten the rest they deserve. Deep, comfortable, sweet sleep. Guess what? I don't yawn 30 times during the day anymore, feel drowsy when I drive, fall asleep at my desk at work, or go to bed at 7:30pm! Sac up, strap up, and start sleeping for real.
