11-1-2021 Came here as I needed a doctor. Gone are the days where you go to one doctor for everything. I tried my husband's primary care physician but didn't have the patience for the office staff. My gynecologist Dr. Firestone referred me to Dr. Myers. Unfortunately coming out of Covid as well as working 24/7 I was unable to make my appointment to here. So when I got first available I got the physicians assistant which I believe is an RN. In the respect of caution you have to sit outside the office in an open area. No worries I go with the flow. The office staff were amazing got all my information and ran blood tests in office which in itself is a blessing not to go to a lab elsewhere. They called me with the results which were all good and I now have a primary doctor once again. Hopefully I will see the doctor herself next annual checkup. Note this building is unique half is in Broward and the other half in Dade County. They have a parking garage but it was easier for me to park at Steak and Shake next door. read more

Dr. Myers is fantastic and her staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. My husband and I were referred to Dr. Myers a few years ago by friend, and have since referred her to several of our friends as well. She truly cares about her patients, takes her time during examinations, and will gladly answer any and all questions. She doesn't just try to get you in and out of the exam room, she is thorough, and intelligent, which is extremely comforting. Aside from being an exceptional physician, we also really appreciate the fact that she remembers us, and remembers tiny details about our lives, no matter the length of time between visits. Dr. Myers is horrible and gives this Institute a bad name. Literally every time I see the Soffer Health commercial, I cringe just thinking about my visit with her. My mother was in need of a new PCP, given the fact that she had a horrible experience with her last PCP (male doctor) I thought maybe a Female physician would be more sensitive to my mothers care. Bad Idea. I attended on my mother's first visit. Dr. Myers had horrible bedside manners. She had no patience and carried a "Know it All" attitude. As my mother was explaining her symptoms, Dr. Myers kept her eyes fixed on a squirrel playing outside. She even pointed out to the squirrel and said "Hey look at that!" She did not take the time to listen and even after the visit months had gone by and no one called to check up on my mother nor give her a follow up appointment. Just horrible and a complete waste of time. We decided to look for a PCP elsewhere and when I informed the front desk, they didn't even care. Ha! NEW Patients beware! Especially patients who are up in age. Dr. Myers service isn't even worth 1 star. read more

She is useless and doesn't even try to be a doctor. They took my lab tests and "forgot" to tell me that it will cost me $25 for delivering them to laboratory. I have a lab next door to my house, I didn't need that. She is not helpful, knows not much, just gives you lots of referrals to other doctors "who know". Ordered for me Chest X-ray, which was obviously useless, but I paid $35 copay for it. When we were discussing my lab results I asked her to print them for me so I could look at the numbers while she speaks. It made her mad. She didn't print them. I think she was afraid that looking at the numbers I will ask more questions and she doesn't know the answers.. Overall, I paid her $40 for 2 visits and she was not even able to write down her recommendations. She talks about them and looks like I was supposed to remember everything. I still don't understand the system. I got nothing from the doctors visit - I don't know my diagnosis, I don't have recommendations written as I already forgot what she said, I expected to get everything written.. She gave me prescriptions that I asked for medications I'm taking regularly, that's all. Plus, when I showed that I'm not actually satisfied, she became behaving aggressively. I'm still shocked, frankly. I definitely would like to get my money back, don't think it ever happen though... read more

Extremely arrogant. Not professional or knowledgeable. It was enough for me to go to this medical office once and I never came back. She gets blood work results and does not even review them. You call her and leave messages and she calls back with an attitude and raising her voice. She is a novice in her field, has no experience and is there just to give you cough medicine nothing beyond this. My husband had to go through 3 different antibiotics orders from her to get over a throat infection. She is rude, unprofessional and has no characteristics or skills of a doctor. read more

Dr. Myers leaves a lot to be desired! She is arrogant, short and curt with a terrible bed side manner and a "holier than thou" attitude! She apparently does not appreciate pro active patients and does not like being asked questions. I was DX'd with a condition that 100% requires being given a lot of information & instructions and I got NONE from her. UNNACCEPTABLE!!!! In my opinion, since she is also a "concierge" doctor, those of us who do not want to pay for that service, are treated far less important! Additionally, there have been repeated mistakes made and oversights in follow ups. Not acceptable! Her front office staff are rude as well. Wait time is also excruciatingly far too long, often times close to 2 hours! They overbook probably due to her "concierge" practice. Beware...patients get preferential treatment! Bottom line, in my opinion, practice concierge medicine or non concierge, not both...both doesn't work and not fair! Would never recommend this doctor & I don't say that lightly! read more

I was a new patient seeing Dr Myers and was referred to her by my Gynecologist. First of all my new patient appointment lasted less than 15 mins, only 1 of my issues was addressed and then I had an issue with that medication and called asking to have a different medication and never received a call back. Then I received a bill for 3x the amount I was told over the phone for a self pay patient. I asked if Dr Myers would see me again for the office visit that I had that did not address all of my concerns and she denied it. I had to call back 5 days later because no one from the office called to tell me her decision. Now 8 calls and $200 later I'm still at ground zero with weekly migraines, insomnia and still in need for a recommendation for a dermatologist. I guess $200 for 15 mins was not enough money for her and she needed another $150 for the next 15 mins. I worked in the medical field for 17 years and never have I had such disappointment from a medical professional! read more

Seeing these reviews are very surprising to me. Dr. Myers is a great Dr. She has always been very down to earth and speaks to me in a respectful manner and in language I can understand. She's very straight to the point. After my test results she was so on point that I didn't even have time to process. She made shit happen the next day. I probably would have had to wait weeks with my previous PCP. That's what a great Dr does! As for the front staff, that are amazing. Always dealing with what I have seen, not so nice people, with nothing but a smile on their face. They are very pleasant durning the busiest time of the day. Also, Yes the wait time is sometimes long, but I realize if you want to see a good Dr., in a great practice you sometimes you have to wait. Anywhere you go you have to wait. At least any Dr I have been to. I have referred many patients to this practice that have been very pleased! read more
