They said it will be on my account. (ER showed nothing wrong, 1500$ later) Came in again in September for ear ache. Said they had charged me for my last visit, no Co-Pay on my account so I would need to pay the 30$. I refused and told them that I was told I would not have to pay for my next visit. Finally got seen for the earache, lady saw me for less than 5 minutes and told me I had a pimple in my ear. Really? Then I get home and the pain has traveled to my other ear. I make an appointment at my regular doctor's office after the weekend and I have a sinus infection causing pressure on my ear canals and am prescribed antibiotics. I got the treatment I wanted and felt I needed, but I was met with a less than friendly doctor who scowled most the time, asked redundant questions, and seemed to be scrutinizing my answers to those questions. I don't want to be at urgent care, I felt like I had to be there for my health. I don't want to waste your time or mine. Front staff and nurse seemed generally kind. When we do have an appointment, they do their best to make sure that we are seen in a timely manner. Indigo has been our best experience at any Multicare location as their providers actually seem to take the time to listen and understand the issues we are going in more. We never feel rushed or ignored at Indigo.

It's a surgery clinic for orthopedic patients. All of the local surgeons are part of this group…read moreand all have their office in the building. They have a very high volume of patients. During Covid, they are taking all precaution guidelines. I've had 4 visits over the years, the service has always been the same. There is normally a little bit of a wait before you're seen. When it's your time, you're escorted to an exam room, asked questions pertaining your visit, possibly have rays taken, and then a consult with a PAC or Physician.

Should be a half-star at best. Long wait for surgery. Understaffed, not responsive to patient pain…read moremanagement. A broken finger should not take 3 weeks to fix and two days of pain pills following surgery. Two weeks later still in pain. Who cares.
