After I booked my appointment, I went into the clinic. The receptionist was amazing. She helped me fill out the information I needed for the paperwork. They were very kind and patient when I went back to see the doctor. Dr. Elizabeth has the kindest heart. She listened to everything I needed she didn't rush me, she let me explain what was wrong with me. I had an upper respiratory infection. She gave me the meds and explained the side effects and asked me if there was anything that I needed besides just the illness. she has the most amazing bedside manner. She was just so kind so knowledgeable and so thorough. I recommend this clinic and Elizabeth to anyone in Yakima Washington.

When we do have an appointment, they do their best to make sure that we are seen in a timely manner. Indigo has been our best experience at any Multicare location as their providers actually seem to take the time to listen and understand the issues we are going in more. We never feel rushed or ignored at Indigo.

She barely wanted to assess my pain location, never assessed my lymph nodes and said I had a common cold.. how in the world do I have a common cold with fever thru the night, waking up sweating, bright green sputum, body chills/aches.. I should have gone to the ER instead. I would not recommended going here.. seems like a lack of experience.. I feel like I have pneumonia..
