Of course the sheet rock was installed soon therafter which thereby prevented the 2nd one being properly installed. So that was disappionting. They charge a very high rate for their work. This is ridiculous, and happens too often. 45min average hold time, then they swear the driver will be back to get them and it'll take days of them siting in the sun just to have them supposedly dumped. Going to try another service after being a customer for over 10 years.

This time, I'm trying to reach customer service and have been on hold twice today for a total of over 45 minutes, no one answers the email, nor the FB chat. Last month, they went dark. Their website was down for many days, no one was answering phones, no communication to customers, no response to the outage, and no care of concern for customers. The driver acted as he didn't know anything about it. Plus over the 4-6 months I've had this service, my driver has forgotten my add-ons each and every time. A horrible experience if you want or need any support from a real person. You can't even cancel, as we are moving, online. Super frustrating.

But, he believed that the unit was near the end of its life. He recommended we buy a new softener. So, we ordered one. On July 17th Mark promptly arrived at our home ready to begin. Our particular installation was somewhat complicated and took most of the day. But, we couldn't be more satisfied. The installation was done with professional exactness. We'd call it a work of art. But, the hatred, racism stereotyping, sexism, and forcing his religious views on me guarantee I will not have him back. I do not choose to promote or pay for hate speech. Not now, not ever. I truly know he had no idea how inaccurate and false and offensive his actions were. But, as someone whose family had allotments on the Yakama reservation and who is an actual member of a tribe who still resides on THAT reservation, to have a white man from Yakima spouting such racism against my people was sickening. Now we have holes in a wall on the other side of said bathroom vanity. We also had expensive toiletries missing. Would definitely not recommend! We're $14K in the hole and no idea what's going to mess up next. Now we have to spend more money for a city inspector to come and see if it's even up to code.
