Our biggest problem with his office was not him. It was the nurses here. They are very rude and also do not like to answer questions. They get mad and are very impatient. It was a constant thing over the years. There are not very many Pediatricians in the Morris area. We loved Dr. Best in the hospital when we had both our kids, but he is always full on patients for his office and rarely accepting new patients. We have been going to Dr. Vermillion now for a few months. He is Great with the kids! Do some research and look around. I canceled over a week in advance and I got a bill in the mail for $150. When I tried to call to inquire about the bill I kept getting an answering machine, they don't even have call waiting. The answering machine says to leave a message and that they will get back to you. The prompt says to stop talking or press any button for the message to stop but even if you're still talking it cuts you off so you can't leave a full message. So I got about eight seconds into the message before it cut me off and I tried multiple times. It's extremely frustrating getting charged for something you should not be charge for, let alone not being able to get a hold of anyone to right the situation. I will not be returning.
