The fields are beautiful (it's in a large grassy lot) as is the (massive) park itself. LI-Kick is always set up on time with bases, foul cones, scoreboards and umpires. That's no easy feat. These guys are organized. The kickball itself is a ton of fun. Most of the teams are super cool to play against and we all leave with a big smile on our faces. They have bar meet ups after the games with drink specials and such to continue the fun. Overall, a really fun way to get outside and spend a Wednesday. You can sign up as an individual or a team. Do it! Bonus: they have an app where you can see your team schedule and opt in to games or not

We've come here for a couple of indoor soccer tournaments so we know the place well. It is huge and…read moreduring the winter yes it'll be a little cold inside but nothing that your jacket and gloves won't fix because I expect that you were going to be wearing that stuff anyway during the colder months. They have a food option once you get inside and they even have a little bit of entertainment, arcade games. But the fields are in good condition the seating area is great so I think that this would be a great place if you want to host a tournament or if you are trying to check in advance because your tournament will be played there.

Maybe this is why they are very strict that you must wear turf, shoes or sneakers, no cleats. The walls are pretty murky and looks like the place has not been cleaned in years. Make sure you bring a blanket or coat. They do have bleachers to sit, which is nice as many domes I've been and do not have that option and you have to bring your own chair or just stand. They also have a nice concession stand area that serves pretty decent food and beer if you are craving an alcoholic beverage.
