This BBQ that change my impression of American BBQ! The store is simple, but the customer service was kind and nice, made me feel so welcomed great! Food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. The potato is on the right moisture, the saucer is nor too sweet nor too sour and give the meet a good hit of flavor. The meet is grill well, perfect mix of fat and lean, and have a great smoky flavor in it. Definitely worth going! So great for the value! read more

Whaaaat's up, Yelp? It's been a bit since my last review, and Yall's is worthy of one. Yall's is definitely off the beaten path. It's a small, unassuming place, for sure. If you're uptight, or afraid to try BBQ not made by Dickey's or another chain, you're gonna miss out. It's quaint, and small. Inside you're gonna find a couple folks that take great pride in their work. You're gonna find delicious meats, HOT when they slice it. You'll find homemade sides, and extremely generous portions. Barbecue itself is expensive. With that in mind, Yall's is still extremely reasonable. A side note, they offer a FIFTY PERCENT first responder discount. For such a small business to offer such a massive discount, should be highly respected. Lastly, all of the desserts are homemade by one of the owners, and she cooks up some DELISH cookies, brownies, and cakes. We picked up 1lb each of chopped beef, ribs, and hot links, and lots of sauce. I ate at Pecan Lodge in Dallas three days ago and this is every bit as good if not better, and certainly a far better value. Potato salad was exceptional. Beans were a little bland. Sauce is awesome. I will definitely dream about hot links tonight. This is clearly a product produced by passionate people who take their craft very seriously. Thank you friends, I'm now eager to come back. We stopped just outside Tyler, TX on our way from Southern California to Kentucky. We wanted some real East Texas BBQ. Found this place out of the city and down about 9 miles of country roads in the middle of nowhere (it was dark outside by this time). Truly "hole in the wall" east Texas bbq we are looking for!!! We got there just at closing tonight and we were greeted like family. The Texas spud was amazing!! Loved it. Wife had a combo plate with hot link, brisket, and ribs. All of it was great. Don't be fooled or shy away from the lack of curb appeal. We almost were but inside we found the warmest welcome into the Ya'lls BBQ shack. It was our first time there so we received free can soda!!! The food was magnificent. The spud with meat was enough for 2 people. The double decker was enough for 2 or more. Very generous portions. Wonderful people. Unbelievably delicious. Surprised the sweet husband for an out-of-the-way BBQ lunch. The family that owns and operates this gem obviously takes great pride in doing what they do so well--organic fresh produce from their garden, and homemade everything. There were probably 12 cakes cut for desserts, as well as cookies, pies, and cobbler. Do NOT miss this place. Go out back and meet the owner, and listen to some blues. read more

The first two weeks I went here, it was unbelievable, but the last three times, the beef tasted like I was drinking liquid smoke straight from the bottle, even though he "claims" not to use it. I don't know what he does, or doesn't do to the meat. Potato salad was warm, even though the window unit wasn't working. How hard is it to go to the store, and buy another one? I ate the beans, and warm potato salad, and my dog enjoyed the beef, they only taste meat, not smoke taste, I guess. He thought he had won the doggie lottery. This was the best barbecue that I have ever had it was a small family business and they have fresh produce but the barbecue sauce every barbecue list absolutely delicious I will drive back to Tyler just to get this barbecue it is simply amazing. Awesome! Stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon. The brisket was drop dead tender with just a tiny bit of fat for flavor. The hot links were nice and smoky. Free drinks since this was our first visit.
