It appears they have another cook who works in the kitchen along with one of the owners. There is also a bar with bar stools to enjoy adult beverages and a stage that is used for receptions and events. I took some pictures of a very beautiful wooden cabinet full of hammered brass and silver serving pieces. I was told by the owner that the hammered brass bowls are used to serve their curries. You can see the vessels in the photographs as well filled with delcious curries. Please note: naan is served with many, if not all of the entrees. I did not realize that (probably because I did not read the menu closely) and I ordered garlic naan separately and we ended up with a lot of food leftover. The buffet itself had a good variety, but most of the protein options were chicken. If you're a goat fan like us, you might be slightly disappointed. Only one goat option was available -- the goat chili. We would've liked to see more variety beyond chicken-heavy dishes. Flavor-wise, the food was good overall. Nothing tasted bad. However, the biggest downside was the sauce consistency. The curry sauces were very thin -- almost watery. We're used to richer, thicker sauces that really cling to the meat and rice.
