The exact same thing happened to a friend of mine after eating at this same restaurant. That is not a coincidence. This is a serious security issue. No meal is worth dealing with fraud, canceled cards, and the stress that comes with it. Customers should feel safe using their payment methods, and that clearly was not the case here. Protect yourself, use cash or go somewhere else. I will not be returning.

Unfortunately, what should have been a special family evening turned into a disappointing and unacceptable experience. When my son and his family arrived, they were told they had to remain in the waiting area. He politely asked why they couldn't be seated inside and was told it was because their party exceeded four people. When my husband and I arrived shortly after, I asked the same question and was given the exact same explanation. However, the dining area was nearly empty -- only two couples were seated inside at the time. Shortly afterward, a larger family (five or more people) walked in and was immediately seated indoors. At that point, it was clear that the reasoning given to us was inconsistent. After I addressed the situation, another staff member stepped in, apologized, and attempted to make things right, even offering a complimentary drink. While I acknowledge that effort, the issue was not about a free drink. It was about how my family was treated from the start. The way my son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren were initially handled was unacceptable and left a lasting impression. Good food does not excuse poor or inconsistent treatment. This experience reflects a need for better communication, consistency, and customer service standards. Because of this, I will not be returning. I hope this is taken seriously so that other families do not experience the same treatment.

It's not your typical bar and grill experience with pizza and buffalo wings in a noisy crowded bar but a more relaxed unconfined time with loved ones and friends, with one being able to watch the game and commercials on their two large TV's all awhile eating delicious healthy food and being kindly attended too by their well trained staff. They have game day specials which add to it being an excellent choice to watch the game. This is our main grocery store because of the convenient location and due to the fact that we know where everything is at. We bring our own paper bags because they give you a 5 cent credit per bag and we are reducing waste. You do get a choice here of paper or plastic. Plastic seems to be thin and they don't hold up. Also, when you put plastic in your trunk they groceries have a tendency to slide around. No 5 cent credit when you bring plastic bags back for reuse.

The inside of the store is no different very clean and orderly. The staff inside provide great customer service and seem to remember me each time I return. Mikey in the photo section takes great care of my photo needs and offers outstanding customer service. I frequently process photos and posters that I use in the course of my business at this location and am always very satisfied with the product. When using the photo service app for my personal photo processing I am always amazed at how easy it is to upload photos and have them printed, sometimes within an hour. The one bit of criticism I would like to offer is the somewhat invasive nature of the rewards program. Signing up for the program required me to provide much more personal information then I normally provide when participating in other retail rewards programs. Most discounts need to be obtained using a rewards program card which allows tracking of the consumers patterns and purchases in exchange for sometimes deep discounts. I get it but feel that they have too much of my personal information tied into my retail purchases.
