Owner is extremely sweet. I ordered honey wings with fried rice. Below is a picture of my food. They literally put just honey and no other seasoning on the chicken. The rice is overcooked yellow rice. I don't know what I expected but it sounded good when I was ordering it. First time gate since I'm new to the area. Usually I am easy to please. But we tried this place Saturday. First the person that took our order was rude, unhelpful and didn't know what they have in certain dishes. So we ordered 40 dollars worth of food and we get home and half the items were WRONG, and the rest was awful.Grey chicken in fried rice was gross. And when I called back they said come back and we will fix you something else. No thanks. The first time was gross, so I ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for my dinner. Reasonably priced compared to other similar restaurants in the area. Lack of star because food was delivered to the wrong table bc it wasn't overly busy to remember people's orders. Very pleasant and friendly staff. I ordered General Tso's tofu, which is not on the menu but most places can make it upon request. They could only give me the family size portion instead of the dinner size, and I acted like, "Oh no that might be too much food for me but oook" knowing full damn well I would eat that whole thing in one sitting, which I sure did. The tofu and sauce were fresh, not like most places that use frozen deep fried tofu triangles that I get nervous about eating alone in case I choke to death on them and it's the one time I haven't shaved my legs. The fried rice was good, with nice sized chunks of egg in it. The veg in the rice was really hard though. Still, not bad at all for WR. When I asked her what the picture on the window was she flat out shrugged and said I don't know. For being a worker there( and let me add there were only two pictures on the window) I would expect them to know what they're promoting or at least customer serve... and find out. I stood there in disbelief and asked really and then explained the picture; She looked at me with not a care and still rejected to answer or ask any coworker around. I proceeded to order the dinner combo which for price I thought it was worth it. I wanted to add an additional side (beef broccoli) however, at this Chinese restaurant there are no such thing as a side of beef broccoli I had to order a large portion which fed a family or order another dinner combo... I said forget it. When it came the egg roll it was the only good thing (would have been better with chili sauce but that's me picking). The tsu general chicken was tough. I've eaten at this restaurant multiple times and the food has always been good. However, the customer service is lacking. I ordered only appetizers to be delivered this evening, which was under the threshold for the minimum amount of $18, so I told the young lady to just put me down for however many orders it would take to make $18. She then stated we lived over the 6 mile radius for delivery and so our minimum was actually $25. We actually live 5.7 miles away, and I'm not sure how it's justifiable to change the minimum by $7 even if somehow they think we're over the 6 mile radius. Our phone number comes up in the system so she was well aware of how many times we've ordered from them. $18 is certainly better that $0 but hey what do I know? read more

Finally a decent Asian restaurant near home! I ordered online and requested pickup at 615pm. It was very busy when I arrived but my order was up within 5 minutes. I ordered orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, house mei fun noodles, egg drop soup, and a poo poo platter. All items were wonderful! The chicken was cooked perfectly with excellent sauce and seasoning. The house mei fun noodles were also yummy. I ordered for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and we had enough left over for lunch the next day. I would highly recommend their food and the online ordering. I believe they also deliver if you live close by. It was easy to pickup after grabbing groceries at Kroger. read more

Well, another batch of carryout from Yami Yami but no improvement from last time. The rangoons were good and crispy this time around, but the fried rice was tasteless, and my chicken wings...well, I'm not sure what the seasoning was on them, but they didn't taste like chicken or anything else that I recognized either. I find it to be pretty good practice to not eat stuff that I can't identify. We're probably done giving this place more chances...at least for a long time. There are plenty of other (probably mediocre at best) Chinese places around here to give a try. Who knows? Maybe we'll get lucky and find a good one, but I'm not real hopeful on that. read more

We went here by recommendation from one of my husband's co-workers. The place was clean which was good. Also, the plain fried rice was just plain. Nothing really to write home about. The chicken wings were good though. I tossed them in my own Asian chili sauce when I got home though. I ordered sushi. The superman roll was good. My husband and I both enjoyed since after I gave him one piece he insisted we share. The avocado and fried shrimp in it was his favorite. I would like to try more of their rolls.
