This is to the owner of the establishment. We understand weather happens but last night was a bit disappointing. As you know the power went out and patrons were stranded there until your mitigation plans was reviewed / implemented. One of the workers was very rude to our waitress. We were given the option to write our credit card down We heard someone on the phone speaking to the owner to see if your establishment can do CashApp or Venmo, and the decision was a hard NO! So we had to go to an ATM further away to get cash which we couldn't even get change back. It is very unfortunate you didn't care for customer service !!! Amongst the many Thai restaurants in the area Thai Pepper is now my favorite. Years ago while passing through the Warner Robins area my husband and I dined here. I recall it being a lovely experience, nice ambiance, great presentation and the food was decent but at the time not memorable. Fast forward to years later I now live in middle Georgia and decided to give Thai Pepper another try. It was a Thursday evening and I ordered to go. Their website was user-friendly and the offerings were similar to all the other Thai restaurants in the area except for one dish. My favorite dish to order is Broccoli in brown sauce. I added tofu to my dish and asked for it to be extra spicy. I also ordered spring rolls. The staff was amicable, when I picked up my order. The ambiance is quaint but still very inviting. My meal was delicious, nice and spicy, the tofu was cooked perfectly and the veggies all tasted fresh. My spring rolls were crispy and very tasty. This dish was a winner so glad I finally found a Thai restaurant that offers it. This is a perfect restaurant to bring a date or meet up for lunch. read more

The restaurant is very bright, open, and airy. Our server Taylor was AWESOME - very attentive, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, AND efficient! My baby started with the Veggie Spring Rolls, which she loved, and I started with Fried Gyoza and a Shashu pork bun (which I WISH I had gotten 2 or 3 of because they were so yummy, but I didn't want to get full before our entree's came. We both got Teppanyaki for our entree - my queen had it with chicken and fried tofu, and I had it with chicken, fried tofu, and steak. Everything was PERFECTLY seasoned, and the Yum Yum sauce (and, I have to say: Thai Pepper's Yum Yum sauce is some of the best yum yum sauce that I've ever had the pleasure of having) wonderfully complemented everything. For dessert, we had the Thai Donuts, and although they were delectable by themselves, and even more so with the chocolate dipping sauce, the condensed milk sauce took them to a whole 'nother level of deliciousness! Dropped in for lunch on a Wednesday. The place was fairly busy with lunch traffic. The servers and hosts were extremely friendly. I ordered the basil fried rice with chicken and salad starter. The salad was salad had lettuce, carrot and ginger dressing. Simple but really good. The dressing was very flavorful, it was on the edge of being overdressed but it was fine. The basil fried rice was good. It was unique in that tomatoes were part of the dish. They asked for what heat you desired on a scale from 1 - 5. That is also the trick to figure out the heat scale. I like spicy food but went with 3 out of caution, the 3 was mild and I got feedback that the 4 was not that spicy either. The rice dish had a lot of flavor. My feedback would be that I like crispy rice with fried rice dishes and the egg seemed to be lost in the dish. Overall solid effort and a good lunch. read more

OMG!!!! 5 Everything I got was Sooooo Good!!! I always seen the Boa pork belly. Couldn't find it but my daughter did. The sauce on each item was so good. Well, long story short, I needed Thai food in my life and we had to go to Warner Robins to go to this French store named Targét... spent the better part of 36 minute drive researching reviews between FB foodie group chats and Yelp to decide where to go. I could tell they had regulars, which is always a good, kind of cute even, sign. Loved the staff, very friendly to customers, but also to each other. It's a small cozy little nook, so you can sort of see everything going on. I like teamwork as former food industry gal. Still, with high backed booths and just enough light and dark contrast, and just the right volume of music, it's also private in its own right. It is kid friendly, but, your kids might drive YOU nuts. That I know of, although I didn't ask, they don't have crayons or anything. Maybe ask for some kids chopsticks for them to practice with. Nice little Thai restaurant with amazing food and friendly service. The restaurant is very clean and had a nice dark ambience to it. I was seated right away at 4:30 when they open for dinner. And I ordered the spicy beef salad with a spice level two out of five, Tom Ka soup with shrimp, a squid salad, and a spicy sushi roll. Thai Pepper is as good as everyone says. The servers as friendly and fast. The food came fast and was excellent. I had a green curry with chicken and while spicy it was excellent. We stopped in randomly after visiting the Asian market next door. The restaurant was very aesthetically pleasing with warm lights, low music & looked very clean. We were greeted and sat right away. We ordered two sushi rolls, nigiri & ramen. The sushi/ nigiri was very fresh and the ramen had great flavor. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of and even gave us to go drinks without us having to ask. One daughter (not vegan) ordered the crunchy tuna roll and I was happy that it was a great portion size. The other daughter ordered Pad Thai (vegetarian with tofu). We don't come often but when we do it is always on point. Everything I've ever had from here tastes delicious. It's like you can't go wrong. They recently upgraded the interior as well so it looks newer and nicer. The service is always kind, friendly and helpful. It is a smaller dining experience but still accommodates us as a group of ten. I had chicken teriyaki, basic but delicious. The one night in Bangkok roll is very yummy. Crab Siam or the app platter is always a hit for our family. The kids portions are large. I definitely suggest giving it a try anytime you're in the mood for that Asian style cuisine. read more

Tried having food delivered, they ended up losing me as a customer. Ordered three entrees, but only two were in the bag. When I called about it, the girl first insisted she had put the missing one in the bag, then she tried to tell me I hadn't ordered it. When I pointed out it was listed in the ticket taped to the bag, as well as in the original confirmation email, she said the order only had seven items instead of eight. Then she said GrubHub must have taken it off. When I said that one of us now didn't have a meal to eat, she didn't care. She said maybe the driver took it. She said if I wanted it I could order another one and drive over to get it--at full price. No compensation for their screwup, no refund of the exorbitant delivery fees or sales tax, not even a "sorry we messed up". The food we did get was tough and overcooked, the summer rolls looked like a child had tried to make them and fell apart when picked up, and two of the three salads had no dressing supplied with them. GrubHub support was little help either. All they did was refund the price of the missing item, no fees, tax, or driver tip. Nothing for the time or aggravation for something that was not at all my fault. I cannot recommend this restaurant any more. Be careful if you do business with them! read more

The Tom Kha soup was excellent. I'd go back for that. I always order a curry at a Thai restaurant and ask for it to be Thai hot and almost always love it. This time my eyes caught the Pad Thai dish WITH curry. The server said it has a red curry which is great by me. I ordered Thai hot. The entree was very unimpressive. Pretty bland surprisingly and nowhere near Thai hot. I guess Pad Thai needs to be alone in my opinion. My server was nice but some others weren't all that polite I felt when I interacted. My table was right next to the sushi table. It was a good spot for a solo diner but the kitchen door was right there and made a loud, annoying sound every time it was opened, which was a few times per minute. The kicker was that the sushi man dropped a whole bunch of carry out plastic lids on the ground which scattered. He quickly picked them up but stacked them right back on the shelf for future use. Here on the way to yet another RV rally and our first choice for dinner was closed on Mondays, so once again the trusty Yelp app comes through in a pinch. Always in the mood for some Thai food, and the Pepper didn't disappoint. Place was full for tables when we arrived, so parked at the sushi bar and watched them make rolls for an hour while we ate dinner. App sampler to start, and it's big enough to be a meal for one and a half, or apps for at least 3-4. Didn't want the edamame on the platter, so they were kind enough to swap it out for an extra spring roll. Platter was all yummy, and didn't leave a lot of room for my Katsu shrimp. Mama was stuffed from the apps, so she didn't even order a dinner. We each ate one shrimp, and the sauce that comes with is super good. The fried rice as a side was really boring and had zero flavor. Tiny specks of egg in there, but as another reviewer mentioned, soft and not much of a fried texture. Think I'd opt for the noodles if I'm back here in the future. read more

Came here for lunch the other day and decided on Pad Thai. I ordered a 3/5 spiciness (because hot Thai food is *hot*) and decided on duck for the meat. The pad Thai was good, and the portions of duck were very generous, so much that I took the two legs home to eat later. The duck, being duck, was incredibly tasty as only duck can be, but one issue was that the legs were breaded and the sliced duck in the pad Thai itself was also breaded. Breading duck seems to me to "gild the lily," especially with a meat so rich, fatty and delicious. Service was, as usual, quite friendly and fairly prompt given that, like many restaurants, they're a bit understaffed. Just let the rush go, it's worth it. Today I had the elephant roll and it was delicious. The taste, the texture, no need to dip in soy/wasabi. We love Thai Pepper and visit frequently! I think we've been four times in the past couple of months. It is our go-to for sushi. Recently we have ordered the tonkatsu ramen, pork chasu bao bun, bbq chicken bao bun, Yakuzu roll, hangover roll, Texas roll, crunch roll, Blue Elephant roll, and bang bang shrimp over our last several visits. We have been visiting this restaurant since 2019. The service is always wonderful. The servers are attentive and thoughtful, and the managers/owners come get feedback on the new menu options when you try them out. They also tell you about new stuff they're going to be putting out soon. The bathroom is super clean. The vibe inside is sort of sleek, everything is black and clean looking. They've got two sister restaurants that serve similar menus. We are excited to try the new Thai street food place but love Thai Pepper so much we just haven't made it over there yet! read more
