As suggested by the PAMF team I reached out to their patient relations only to get a canned response that I do need to make an appointment to get the labs done. Their handling of this seems more systemic. Their response is that the tests have not been done frequently enough. So it takes more billable visits before you start ordering labs that were ordered atleast twice in the past adhoc?? and also always suggesting - do the annual physical. Patients have the right to choose what preventive care they want to schedule and when. For established issues (test records are sufficient to see the history) it should be super straightforward. In any case, have my new primary doc appt setup with an alternate agency. Not going back to them again.
