I reached out to Lifetouch/JCPenney studios and was offered a 35-dollar refund, they looked over my pictures and decided that only 9 were "blurry" they said that I could bring my 2- and 4-year-old grandchild back for a retake of the 9. I spent 150 dollars on pictures and can only use half of them. I'm very disappointed. I asked if could at least get a refund for the photos I was unhappy with and they refused. Unfortunately, I can't say I would recommend them and I won't be back. This is 100 percent not a studio staff issue, they were awesome. Very disappointed!
