Was here on Dec 21 with my younger brother picking up Christmas items for our parents. One of the…read moreemployees severely overreacted to a safety issue. While I understand that standing on an employee cart is not allowed, it did not warrant the level of profanity or escalation that followed. The employee used aggressive profanity throughout the encounter, placed his hand on my brother's back while ordering us out (my brother is a minor), and continued to follow and harass us even after we apologized and complied. As we were exiting the store, he mocked us by shouting "yeah good boys, good boys." Throughout the entire interaction I tried to de-escalate and explain that we had no intention of being disrespectful or causing problems, but the employee continued to escalate, ultimately kicking us out while shouting and embarrassing us. I am not someone who leaves reviews, but this behavior was completely unreasonable and honestly shocking. We frequent this location, but likely will not return.
