She showed us around and explained that the candles are all eco friendly, and that you can bring in your empty jars to get refilled! She makes jarred candles, but also decorative varieties like tea cup candles, "beach" lanterns, and candle holders. I got the English Garden jar candle, and it comes with a local Lewes shell on it, so pretty! The candle smells amazing and has a slow burn, which is great! I was shopping for a birthday gift for an older relative but wasn't sure what to get exactly. Paul one of the owners was so helpful with suggestions but at the same time, I never felt pressured. I did select something and he boxed and wrapped it too. He was so friendly and I spoke with him for at least an hour. My first attempt at securing a magnet brought me here. With this place, it is more of home decor items than it is souvenir items. I mean, the home decor items can be souvenirs, but when you are just looking for the knickknack type of things, this may not be your stop. The items inside were beautiful. Well displayed, stock was maybe a bit overwhelming, it is well lit. If you have the time, you can definitely lose track of it in here. Although I did not find what I was looking for, I did enjoy browsing and the staff were pleasant and polite. Just be careful if you feel claustrophobic, it can be a tight squeeze in here if you don't like close spaces.
