You have an option to have them drillout parr of the top candle wick area and use three candle with a small LED light. This option illuminates the whole candle with a nice glow. Although tempting to do, we opted to keep it the way it was made. They packed it in a small box with those styrofoam peanuts so it wouldn't get damaged, which was a nice touch. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Terrible customer service. My girlfriend and I walked into Candle Time at the Dream Mall, and the…read moreemployee didn't greet us, welcome us, or even ask if we needed help. She looked directly at us and then proceeded to follow us around the store without saying a single word. It was uncomfortable and honestly insulting. If you're going to follow customers around the store, the very least you can do is acknowledge them and offer assistance. We came in as potential customers, but the complete lack of basic customer service made me lose any interest in buying something. I don't understand how a retail store expects to make sales when customers are treated like an inconvenience--or worse, like they need to be watched instead of helped. Management seriously needs to address this employee's customer-service skills. Based on our experience, she was not doing her job effectively at all. I definitely would not return after being treated this way.
