You get to fully customize and hand-pour your own coconut and soy wax candle with an estimated 60-hour burn time. The process was really fun and easy to follow. You choose your vessel color first, then pick up to two scents to blend together, which they recommend for a more layered fragrance. They had around 27 scents available, including seasonal options, plus 12 vessel colors to choose from. They said that they do seasonal colors and scents. I picked the holographic vessel, which seemed very popular, and blended moss with smoky sandalwood for a candle I named "Twilight Garden." Everything is self-guided, but the setup is extremely organized. Each table has laminated instruction cards walking you through every step: choosing your vessel, selecting and mixing scents, measuring and pouring the wax, adding glitter and dried flowers, and finally naming and labeling your candle. Some people just drew on the naming labels and I thought that was such a cute idea, I may try that next time. The staff is there whenever you need help, and Amy was especially kind and helpful throughout the process. The space itself is very clean, spacious, and relaxing. They also have a restroom on site. After pouring your candle, you can leave and come back anytime before closing (7pm) to pick it up once it sets. They even trim and bag it for you, which was such a nice touch. This is such a fun solo activity, date idea, or group outing, and I love that you leave with something genuinely customized that also makes a great gift. There is smeone there to help explain the process and monitor your process, but a lot of it following the steps at the table. It's fairly easy and not hard to follow. We managed just fine, because my sister had completely forgotten how it works. I ended up with a beautiful lychee white tea candle that smells absolutely amazing. I love that you can really customize it. The whole process took about an hour, less if you are efficient and also don't want to wait for your candle to dry. We did, and just chatted at the table a bit. Overall, it was a lot of fun and I would definitely recommend it as a group activity or even a date activity.

I booked a 3 person table for myself, my sister, and my grandmother to do something memorable, and I really wanted to try the location I hadn't booked before. Upon my arrival, we found that I accidentally booked for Saturday, June 13th, instead of Sunday the 14th. I was very distressed as my grandmother does not live in the states, so I was not sure what other time we would have to take this class together. Not to mention, it was completely my mistake so I did not expect a refund. I fully expected to walk out with no refund and no class booked, having to tell my little sister and my grandmother we couldn't make candles today. The worker there, Henry, definitely read it on my face. I didn't have to explain much, he immediately assured me mistakes happen and that he had space in the next session for us if we were willing to come back then. Of course we returned; I was so grateful for the amazing customer service and the understanding. All three of us had so much fun with Henry in the 2 PM class. He was very personable and funny; I was very happy to see he was leading our session after he was so helpful to me. He was also patient with my grandmother, who definitely needed some extra help during the class. I would 100% recommend this business. We had a great time and we would return.

I ended up getting a premade bouquet ($35 not including the bag/case) that was arranged in this cute "paper bag" vessel, which also doubled as a vase, so I thought that was pretty cool. Also, I was able to swap out the color of the roses in the premade bouquet for others, so I'm glad that there was flexibility in being able to modify the premade bouquets. The employees working there are super nice, and I never felt rushed, even though there were three other people waiting behind me to get helped.
