You can go on the free ride about how chocolate is made- and then you get a free sample at the end! They have food options but I think they're pretty overpriced. I would only go if you're on a bus trip and don't have any other options. The gift shop is massive and has different merchandise than the park. They also have deals on certain chocolate items and sometimes have new products as well. The check out lines can get long but move very quickly. There is also a self checkout line than can be hard to find but is very quick. You have to stop by if you're visiting Hersheypark- don't miss it!

The flowers were phenomenally beautiful. The service was exemplary and Maria was very patient with me as I asked numerous questions because I was coming from out of state. I wanted everything to be just right. I would use Maria again in a heartbeat.
