My fault for not taking note of the specific one I picked up, which was $38. The price difference felt a bit outrageous for the same brand of shirt and I had to email them to confirm the price. The line to check out took about 25 minutes. I am in my 30s, but I do have a bad back, so standing in place hurts. I listened as they gracefully apologized to all the older folks ahead of me, but they barely said a word to me when it was finally my turn, much less an apology for the excessive wait. I just wish that, being that it's nearly 2025, they'd consider a more efficient check-out system. I included that feedback in my email to them, though they didn't acknowledge it sadly. That would've been a great time to apologize and confirm that they will do a better job of treating guests equally regardless of appearance in the future. We noticed a lot of people parking, visiting a few stores, then getting back in their cars to drive to another section and repeat the process. It doesn't make for the most efficient shopping experience. We happened to visit during a stretch of 100°+ temperatures, so walking from one section to another simply wasn't practical. We visited the stores we wanted to see, then called it a day. In cooler weather, it would be much easier to spend several hours exploring everything the outlets have to offer. Overall, the selection is outstanding. Whether you're looking for clothing, shoes, accessories, home goods, or specialty stores, chances are you'll find what you're looking for. Just plan ahead, wear comfortable shoes, and if you're visiting during the summer, be prepared to use your car to get between sections.

We started with iced teas (they also offer beers, wine, and champagne). For entrees, we ordered the spinach salad with salmon and pecans as well as the ham and spinach quiche with the southern pea salad. The pea salad contained peas, corn, pimento, and shredded cheddar cheese -- quite unique and very good. My husband can't stop raving about it. We really enjoyed our meals. All food is made in house. Recently I had the opportunity to visit the square that's nestled between The College of William & Mary and Colonial Williamsburg. During Christmas is one of my favorite times to visit this area. It was hoping too! Crowds were beginning to arrive in Williamsburg for The Grand Illumination the next day. There was music, and a Christmas spirit in the cool crisp air. I visited a few shops that I had time for that were both favorites and new to me. The Cheese Shop for a snack. This shop has been a place I have frequented for decades, it's awesome and an independent run store like most others. I went to R. Bryant, a men's store. Lulu lemon, Danforth Pewter and a new shop Walkabout Outfitters which is a small chain. It replaced a very well known and established independent store I shopped since early 2000. If you're looking for a unique place to shop, eat and also take in a show at the Kimball Theater then Merchants is the place.
