It's a beautiful new bath store loaded with Ducks!!! And everything smells amazing. The bath…read moreproducts sold here are all natural, not overwhelming. I don't need anything from here, but I did buy a little bar of hair and beard soap for my love. And guess what??? It came with a mini pink duck. It's a tad bit expensive but let's see how it works.

Let me just say I've went here twice. Both times great experiences, great people who run this shop…read more I bought them mango conditioner and shampoo bars to try, and boy did they work. I've had an extremely hard time growing out my hair I used to keep my hair short and my hair would grow really slowly, now ever since I used the mango conditioner and shampoo bars I've seen my hair grow way more, my hair went from my shoulders to edging halfway down my back now in all but a month, idk about you guys but that's uhm scary growth?! Anyways I went back the second time to get more for my upcoming trip and to try out some other products from them, like two soap bars, one cotton candy I can't wait to try that one it smelled soooooo freaking gooooooood!!!! I love their bath scrub and body butters too those are my fav, the bath butter in particular lasts long and u just need a tiny bit! It's worth a visit and I know I'll be gushing about this place to everyone I get a chance to! I even bought their manly shampoo and conditioner for my boyfriend! Can't wait for him to try it out, I'll try to update my review after I've tried out the soap bars for a month and after my boyfriend tries the manly line too!

During a visit to the outlets on Saturday 2/22/2025 My mom, sister and myself had a bad experience…read morewhile shopping in the Yankee Candle store. We all purchased candles and during the check out process we experienced poor customer service from Betty, who later advised she was the store manager. When my mother paid for her purchase the cashier (not Betty or Paul) forgot to ring up one of my mother's items. After my mom realized her mistake, the cashier offered to ring it up in a second purchase. My mother agreed, but when she tried to pay with cash for one item she was told they are cashless. My mother was frustrated because the counter was cluttered with so much stuff that was part of the reason the item was missed and hard to see the sign stating they were cashless. My mother chose not to get the item and then took her purchases out the store very frustrated with the situation. The cashier never apologized for her mistake in not ringing up all her items. And ultimately still out the item in my moms bag. She then took it back and was honest about it being in her bag and left the store once again. My sister paid and left the store as well. When I got to the counter as I was being rung up by the other cashier, Betty began to tell Paul about the "rude customer". I stood there knowing Betty was aware we were together and did not say anything for several minutes. Then Betty made some rude comments about my mother and her clearly not seeing all their signs throughout store in front of me. I then had no choice but to speak up. I advised her it was poor customer service to talk about a customer in front of others. She looked at me and said "And! She was the rude one". I then had to explain to her that was not how customer service worked and I was offended because she was talking about my mother. She was hostile towards me and I finished my purchase and left the store. We were so distraught from how we, three paying customers were mistreated so badly for no reason. My mother went back in to speak to the manager, who happened to to be Betty herself. And request the corporate number. Betty refused to give it to her and my mother walked out. Determined to report the issue my sister went in and also requested the corporate number. Betty was rude and not willing to assist and then lied about refusing to help my mother. Paul spoke up and provided my sister the information. Betty then proceeded to be rude to my sister and when she called her out on her lies she was told she had to leave the store. We attempted to call corporate, however they were not open on Saturday. I don't think this is how Yankee candle would like to see their paying customers treated. Will never visit or recommend this store to anyone after my treatment.

Let me tell you about stick Stone and bone this place is located right next to the Food For Thought…read morerestaurant. We walked inside on a whim just to get a chance just to check out the inside Decor. I was thrown off because I did see that there was ice cream and a bakery shop and for some reason I did not pay attention to the name so I walked them blindly not knowing what to expect. The best part that really threw me together when walking inside was the Whimsical Warrior flute music that's epitone for this whole Ambience of this shop. I was really drawn into the whole aesthetic of the place however was not prepared for seeing tons and tons of rocks. Rocks. That's right I said rocks again I was not prepared because this had nothing to do with ice cream, bread, or any other type of dessert especially after eating a full meal at Food For Thought but that's a different idea. Anyhow I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of the rocks with a little small descriptions that were provided at each of the bulls that were there and the pricing was pretty fair. They did have a small section with incense candles and sticks and a variety of books and guides for Crystal healing and finding your soul purpose in life. I was really impressed by the people who had baskets that were walking around with only two Pebbles inside but let me tell you they were getting their life and I was getting mine. Of course I saw different varieties of rocks and succulents and of course I wanted to pick them up and throw them in their basket just because I was excited for them. So they staff and nice and they also had a table with a table that had a listing of local events in the community. So make sure to hop on by but do not break his stick Stone and Bone trying to get one of these great gems.
