Dwaine specializes in Cavapoos and clearly loves what he does. From helping us choose the right puppy to sharing practical house-training tips, he was supportive and patient every step of the way. They also offer a Complete Puppy Care Package for adopters, which was incredibly helpful. What stood out most is that Dwaine remains available even after adoption -- whenever we've had a question, day or night, he has taken the time to answer and guide us. He genuinely cares about his puppies and wants to see them thrive in their new homes. When I went to choose my puppy, I was torn between two. Dwaine took the time to walk me through their personalities and helped me think about which one would be the best fit for me. That guidance made all the difference. We absolutely adore our little guy -- he's sweet, fun, and so smart. If you're looking for a Cavapoo, I would wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Superior Hilltop Cavapoo at 330-600-9655.

I was really nervous about coming here because I read some of the negative reviews. My cat…read morepresented with FIP and landed himself in blue pearl North ER for three days! My normal vet was Affordable Vet in Finleyville. After my cat got out of the ER they told me to do follow up labs with my vet. I took my cat to our vet, Affordable Vet, paid for a check up and asked for management of his ongoing care. The vet refused and told me I had to get ongoing care with the ER... Are you kidding me? Do you know how insanely expensive the ER is?! the other big kicker? I had asked her for a prescription for probiotic food that I could order on chewy with a prescription. She had agreed to it, but forgot to give me the prescription when I left. I drove 30 minutes home and realized that I did not have the prescription so I called in and explained I forgot to pick it up , asking if they would simply approve it on the chewy app for me, or email me the prescription. THEY REFUSED and said I had to physically pick it up and drive the 30 minutes to do so. I was pissed! At the suggestion of a neighbor, I called East maiden animal clinic. They got me in within days. The staff was absolutely amazing. Very personable and friendly. The vet was amazing and said she handles many cats with this FIP and it's no problem for follow up. The price was cheaper than my other Vet Finleville. There was no wait. The office is small and personable. The vet offered for me to bring my cat in for weight check ups at no fee to me as we treated him. She gave a reasonable plan for management, which was nice for my pocketbook but safe for my cat. Lastly I asked about ordering probiotic cat food on chewy which needs a prescription. She said absolutely just let me know and we will call in the prescription or approve it online. I'm telling you what-this place is really good. I'm so glad I found them!!!!

There are several veterinarians at this practice. I have gotten to know all of them over the years…read more I have never been tempted to go anywhere else. The staff doesn't sit behind glass. They are out in the open and interact with you. They will sometimes get down on the floor with your pet if needed. They always follow up, give advice and guidance but don't include a guilt trip if you don't want to proceed with aggressive and expensive treatments. I chose this place because it's close. I stay because of the quality of the practice.

It is not a sanitary nor a safe place for animals, let alone humans. I was shocked to see feces, urine, and old pee pads scattered throughout the house, and puppies who looked unbathed and sick, sitting in their own filth, in dirty blankets inside their cages. To top it off, even though I had been promised "the pick of the litter", Mrs. Mroch told me that there was only one puppy available, and I was not given any choice. I asked about proof of vaccination and health records, and was told it would be sent to me "before the end of the week", and that she did not have this information on hand. I immediately smelled a scam and turned on my heels and left. Further, this woman is charging $2500 per puppy, yet cannot offer certified paperwork nor pedigree. ****BUYER BEWARE:**** This "operation" does not seem legal, and the dogs are not cared for properly. The home is in complete disarray, and it appears Ms. Mroch is having trouble managing this business, and seems overwhelmed and rushed. I pray for her dogs' sake, that either animal welfare, or a trusted friend or family member intervenes before it is too late.
