The staff member traced my photo and it was fair. My friends dog photo was sketched by the staff member and it measured about 4x3 inches on a 16x20 inch canvas. The sketch was a joke. We had 4 photos, if the staff was unable to sketch the chosen photo, admit it. It was horrible. It looked like a poor tracing of the photo. I'm adding a cropped photo of the canvas. Waste of money and waste of time. We had to wait for help and paint. Just to be clear there were only a total of 3 people, plus 2 walk-ins.

I was having neck pain with numbness and tingling in my left arm every time I turned my head. I had been to the chiropractor multiple times and had seen several massage therapists with no improvement. I went to Nargiza and after a few months, my symptoms went away. I felt stronger and my posture was better. She worked on the root of my problem and focused on strengthening my weak areas to support my neck and upper back. I continued to do yoga with her during my pregnancy, and she kept me strong and flexible for my delivery. She takes a holistic approach to yoga and life, but doesn't try to force her views on you like some other yogis do. She is very kind, sweet and encouraging. I highly recommend attending her classes.
