I would say they're doing their job but that's about it. The lobby itself is clean and there were plenty of seats. The office has several doctors so it's surprising how few people there were. I didn't wait too long. The medical assistant who brought me back was OK. I came in to see Dr Pleskow- Weismann the allergist today. She has very limited hours but she's practically the only allergist in the area! She was great. She was not rushed. She took her time. I felt she was knowledgeable and am confident in her care.

Dr. Freyne is an excellent Doctor in my opinion. I've been to a handful of Rheumatologists and she is better than anyone in this area. She's very thorough and knows her stuff. She's straightforward and gets what needs to be done, done. She has given my husband great care. The office is clean and organized and the front desk woman is very helpful and sweet. So far the two nurses he's had were great too. The reason for the 4 is because it is VERY hard to get a hold of anyone in charge of the referrals and if you ask the front office to take a message they say they can't. I left 2 voicemails and never got a call back. Frustrated is an understatement. Overall I do recommend Dr. Freyne as a Rheumatologist.

I went to the Temecula office I've always used, only to be told I was at the wrong location. At no point was I informed that my appointment location had changed. After rearranging my schedule and coming back for another appointment, I was checked in, taken to an exam room, and then left there for over 30 minutes past my appointment time with no updates or explanation. I understand that medical offices can run behind, but basic communication and respect for a patient's time should be expected. The biggest frustration is that this practice has become so large and corporate that it's nearly impossible to speak with a real person. Getting answers or resolving simple issues feels impossible. What was once a practice I trusted has become one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I've had. Jun 11 - i came in for my concerns and annual wellness check/blood draw. went to check out, i asked the receptionist lady if there was a copay and she said no. Jun 18 - follow up to review my test results, one test was missing so they drew my blood again. Went to check out and i asked the guy receptionist if i had a copay he said no. It didn't seem right so I double checked with him and the lady next to him said i do have a $30 copay (so i paid). After a week i called to check on my results cuz i didn't see anything posted on my online account and i was informed my doctor was out and that a doctor needed to review my results with me. They tried to schedule me in office but i asked if it can be a call cuz i didn't want to drive down again. June 27 - got the call from the doctor to review my results (still didn't get why i couldn't just get a copy of my results online, my old Sharp doctor would usually just have the results on my app.) About two weeks later (July 7) i receive a bill for $50(or so) so i called them and they advised that my insurance didn't cover my initial appointment and told me i'd have to reach out to my insurance in regards to my confusion so i did. it looks like the insurance and medical office settled something because the app showed i only owed $30 after a few weeks (July 28) so i paid for it. Aug. 8 i see another bill for 2 different dates for a total of $60 so i called again and the lady on the phone said it was for my first appointment (which i recently just paid for) and my video call (video call that shouldn't have even happened if they didn't mess up on one of my test results). They're literally charging me for everything even if it's a mistake on their end.
