They are so kind and extremely professional and take the time to talk to you, Dr. Z spent 45 minutes with me yesterday and she actually cares about not only your physical health but mental health, as well. It's been my experience, that doctors are not thinking of their patients needs, but how many test they can put you through, I believe that's how they make some of their money. Dr. Z (Zickafoose) is my Primary and she was referred to me by a good friend. I have never been so happy as I am with this super professional and kind practice. My last doctor, stared at his computer and never really acknowledged me. And it was always a rushed appointment it seems.... TELE visits were a 3 minute phone call. Danielle Contreras, NP was very thorough with my TELE visit and she did it via video conference, I was so happy I didn't have to drag myself out of bed and she took her time. DO NOT get Suzanne Chang as your provider. She's always rushing, she won't even do any kind of assessment, and just ask you a few questions and leave. She is retiring soon so she does not care. Most doctors go straight to the computer at the beginning of an office visit. Makes me want to say, "HEY I'm not in there, I am person and I am RIGHT HERE." Thankfully the lovely and gracious Dr. Shakuntala Patil didn't do that. Whew, good start. Dr. Patil is very VERY thorough, and didn't try to figure me out on the fly...at the computer while I am sitting 4 feet away. Every doctor should read the file before seeing a patient. I've had many primary docs in my past, and Dr. Toupin ranks as the best. Dr. Toupin is really nice, he tries really hard to sdreds my concerns. His staff however are often abusive and disrespectful. I've had several incidents with them where they are verbally abusive and act like they are authority over me. read more

Dr Christopher Toupin Jr is the best family doctor I have had in many years. I've been going to Tri Valley for many years now. The care I receive is above and beyond any care I've receive elsewhere in a long, long time. I have multiple medical problems and Dr Christopher Toupin Jr is extremely attentive and patient. I never feel rushed during my appointments all my concerns are addressed. I have had numerous referrals to specialists because of my various conditions and I've never heard a complaint or felt a moment's hesitation. I see specialists on a monthly basis. I am sorry to report that this medical practice uses unethical approaches to billing. I had an annual health check visit that should have been free based on my insurance. This group charged me for the visit. I received no medical treatment, no suggestions, no prescriptions, nothing. They refuse to reconsider. Do not use this group, they don't help you with your real issues and try to game the system to make you pay a co-pay when a annual check should be free. Very disappointing. read more

We moved here to the area 5 years ago and I will say that the customer service and the care that I have found with TriValley is one of the best in the area. I've seen multiple providers at TiValley and they have all have been professional and caring. The most recent provider I've seen is Anna NP. She was very compassionate and proactive in finding a solution and treatment care plan for my needs as a patient. The nurses and other staffs are very welcoming and kind. The office staff was adequate but I wasn't happy with Dr. Toupin. During my initial visit, I was surprised that he didn't discuss my high blood pressure and another health concern. When I saw him again, I waited to see if he would bring it up but he never did. I finally had to ask about it and the answer I got was not satisfactory. I thought what kind of a doctor would act like that? I find it funny that he states in his bio how he likes to communicate and help his patients.. ha! Not with me he didn't. He may with others but he didn't demonstrate it well with me. I decided to seek another doctor who can act and behave like one and will show interest in my health. Doctor was adequate , but Tri-Valley forced me to change doctors because they were trying to force me and all of their other patients into the insurance plans that they preferred . I have had my insurance for a number of years with no problems and no surprises . This is just the start of what doctors want Medicare for all AKA socialized medicine . I am very taken aback by Dr. Suzanne Chang's demeanor and professionalism during an appt today. She assumed my aunt was coming in for narcotics, when she's definitely in pain. What doctor says "we don't do that here" insinuating that was the reason for the visit?! She didn't even acknowledge us. I had my first appointment at this location since I was able to see a PA in place of my PCP for a referral. The location at Date street is a very pretty office and I can say the same for this one. Located in the building right behind Loma Linda, taking the bridge brings you to the floor where their suite is located. I really liked the layout of their practice. When walking in, the front desk is cater-cornered to face the entrance/exit to the suite. I was greeted right away by a very friendly staff member who was very polite. Check-in was a breeze since they have those new iPads that have your information pre-filled if you've done it before. The nurse who took my vitals and stuff was also very sweet. She was quick, but thorough. The PA was wonderful! I loved how he took his time with me and made sure I had all of my questions answered. He explained what he thought, what he was going to do to determine whether or not what he thought was going on was right and how it would be handled in different scenarios depending on my results. He was very informational about my prescriptions and gave me options. The nurse even reminded him to give me something for my prescriptions in case my insurance doesn't cover it. The staff here is all around great. I keep my visits at the other location due to convenience since it's a shorter drive, but if my appointments allow for me to be at either office, I don't mind being at this one! read more

Dr.Nguyen and staff at TriValley are excellent. I retired to Menifee from Orange County and needed a great Dr., with excellent academic and practical board certification. Dr. Nguyen is top of class! Previous Dr., I had for 12 years at Greater Newport Physicians in Newport Beach was Outstanding and I was hesitant to find a worthy primary care. TriValley uses an excellent portal exchange for communications, several offices in the Temecula valley and a network of excellent Specialty practices. I recently had an pelvic ultrasound and was told there is a 9-10cm mass in my pelvis. Scary. So Dr. Toupin (who i am most happiest with) requested an MRI w/contrast for 7/19. It's been 8 nerve wracking days awaiting my results. I finally get a call today from his staff. The Vm they left, was spoken so fast I couldn't understand the associates name. So I return their call. I spoke with a medical asst. and she asks why I called. I stated I was returning their call regarding my MRI results. She asked who called me. I explained the name was unclear. She then proceeds, with an attitude, and says there are 20 staff here and she would have to call each one to find out who called me. My response was I don't know what to tell you, I'm just returning the call. She then says, we just got your results today and the dr hasn't even looked at them yet so I don't know why they would call you. Stunned, my reply was I don't know either. She then says once the dr sees it he will call me. Fine - but can they understand that I've been waiting 8 days for the results only to get a phone call with information that's of no use. And then on top of that to get spoken to that way when I'm returning THEIR call? I was treated as if I am pushing for the results which I am not. The lack of care and concern and professionalism is appalling. They need to consider the fact that some patients are terrified about their health and is just doing as asked - returning a long awaited call. And now to be left waiting again. read more

After few years I've lived here. I finally decided to place Dr Helen Tran as my primary care physician. Since this is my first time with her, I find myself comfortable to discuss my worries to her all through out. She is professional and yet personal enough to all my inquiries. She ordered blood test to seek my concerns. The consultation was quick but I was glad I had all my questions answered. I will be seeing her in a month to see the prognosis and hopefully it will be much better interaction. So far I'm glad I chose her to monitor my health and well being. read more

The Doctors and Staff are very professional, friendly and patient oriented. They have hery convenient offices in Menifee, Loma Linda Medical Bldg and Murrieta offices. Doctor Debralynne Zickafoose is the best family doctor I have ever had health care patient support. Her experience is outstanding. Add being professional, friendly, taking care of her patients and being thorough in her medical research makes her #1 in my book. I saw two separate providers, the first a nurse practitioner was receptive and efficient. The second a Dr. when asked about vaccinations - ignored my request and told me to call the insurance company. My concerns were immediately invalidated. Talked with the secretary an older female who was caring and receptive. I had to be rescheduled just for the vaccination. After this incident, when I tried to call to schedule any follow-up appointments they either said they would call back but never did or hung up the phone. I am a African American nurse practitioner with over 20 years experience I was appalled at their unprofessional behavior and lack of compassion and care with their patients.
