I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet for a very special lady. I had several specific requests (peach…read moreroses, light pink alstroemeria, peach mini carnations, lavender asters, lavender daisy spray chrysanthemums, raspberry sinuata statice, huckleberry, dusty miller); the owner mentioned that two of the items (e.g. huckleberry) were not available, but they would be able to accommodate my order and create a nice Mother's Day themed bouquet, including peach roses and most of the rest. I felt confident that they could deliver on my request for the $78.90 that I gave them. The bouquet arrived on the scheduled arrival day. But what arrived was very different from what I requested. It was a funeral-themed bouquet of white roses, unopened garish fuschia lillies, and an assortment of flowers at various stages of death and decay. I understand if their supplies were stretched thin over the holiday, but then they shouldn't have taken my order or told me they could deliver. They said that they would call me back and make things right. A week later, this is still unresolved. I'm in the process of getting some different flowers for my mom to make up for this. Huge disappointment.

Our original florist unfortunately came down with a serious health condition two months before our wedding date and could no longer provide the flowers for our wedding. Fortunately, Gerych's had availability for our date on short order! It was more expensive than we had anticipated, but they were willing to work with me when I asked about cutting costs where we could. While I was initially concerned that the bouquets didn't look like the inspiration I sent, I quickly realized that they were possibly even better. Couldn't be happier with how they accentuated our venue and our photographs!

First, there was supposed to be very few roses; however the bouquet was full of them, and that was the only flower used in the Boutonniere. Second; The Bouquet was full of some small white flowers that were already starting to die and a bunch of other flowers which would never have been open in time for the wedding the next day. Third: One of the ladies was quite rude. By that, I mean she acted insulted and indignant that we had a problem with the items. Fourth: The order was admittedly a difficult task, but NO effort at contacting us was made when they had problems getting the specific color flowers we requested. Lastly; I was charged full price for both items even though we left there with nothing more than a bunch of Daisies and Lilies. On the plus side, and the only reason I gave them even 1 star. They did make us new ones so we had something to use in the wedding even though what we left with was NOT what we ordered and definitely NOT worth what I paid.
