Not only was he days late but he never contacted me to let me know he wasn't coming as promised the first time. I had to chase after him to get any info regarding a date. Stating only that the tank was a bit small and if a larger family were to move in, they might need to clean it out more often or replace the tank with a larger one. I would not trust this company.
