They did a great job of pulling weeds, but mowed the grass WAY TOO SHORT on my golf course property in 100 degree weather. The mow job was terrrible, more of a scalping and the grass was scorched. There were so many clipplings left on the lawn and in the street that neighbors called to complain. I then discovered my sprinkler controller was fried from a previous electrical storm so I couldn't even water the scorched grass. Kameron told me he could install a new controller and would pick up the clippings. He installed it but it didn't work. The worst part was he told me IT WAS WORKING and that he had set it to water daily. He also told me he picked up the grass clippings he left. I live in another state so don't have eyes on this myself. When my property manager arrived, grass was not watered, conroller was not working and grass clippings were not picked up. I had to hire someone to do that and there were 8 full contractor bags. I've paid him $335 for this mess and only asked him to return the $120 (the amount I paid for the install of the new controller). At this point he is not answering my texts or calls and has not returned the money.

Sam and the team did an excellent job. When walking through to review the work, Sam noticed a small issue with one of the gutters, pointed it out and repaired it. The attention to detail and honesty really made me glad that we had called Sam. We'll be getting regular maintenance from here on out and plan to make Sam and his team our go to guys.
