I'm not exaggerating (although being a Texan does give me the right) there were leaves everywhere! Not only did Raul answer my first call, but he drove out to the house within an hour to provide an incredibly good estimate! Add on the fact that he and his team blew out the gutters and trimmed perfectly around ALL sidewalks, mailbox post, landscaping bricks, gutters, everything! Oh and what's more - Raul came out SAME DAY and he and the team knocked it out! Obviously, they cannot do that for everyone, but WOW - that is incredible service and shows a great deal of character! There's not one leaf left in the front yard! They have all the right equipment and finished everything in a third of the time it would have taken me to do it! Reached out for a quote and had Montana come and do the walk through. Was given the monthly price…read moreand was set to begin. The crew came out and they did not cut the back yard at all. I had to reach out to Montana and ask why. They stated it was too wet but they could actually weed eat the space. I said that would be ideal since it looks terrible. The next few weeks they did a decent job. The next issue came with billing. Since I rent my home I was told I would be billed weekly. I agreed and gave them my credit card info to do that. I received an email from their accounting department that they made a mistake and were not billing me weekly. That she needed to start billing me to catch me up. So she needed to process a transaction each day until that was caught up. I had to call for her to explain everything and also to make sure my credit card would not flag this as fraud. A couple weeks later I went outside and saw the statute on my porch was chipped. The whole ear was knocked off. I pulled the ring video footage and saw the crew used the leaf blower and knocked it over chipping it. No one said anything to me for two weeks. I sent the video and photo to Montana to review. Days went by with no response. My assistant even emailed her. She finally texted me back and said the owner looked it over and said the crew will be more careful next time. Nothing about making it right for the damage they caused and also why no one told me about this. Additionally, couple of small branches fell off a tree to the ground. Typically most crews pick them up and throw them away. Not Jake's They leave them in your yard. I had to tell them before to simply just dispose of them. They started leaving them again which makes the yard look a mess. The purpose of lawn service is to make the yard look good. A couple smaller ones fell again and I left them on purpose to see if they would clean them up. Nope. They literally picked them up and moved them aside to mow and left them. I then gathered them all and placed them in the middle of the yard to make sure they got them. Nope. They moved them again, mowed around them and left. Yesterday was my scheduled mow and no one showed up. Got an email that evening that they were not coming due to crew issues. Today a new crew showed up and my yard looks like trash. I just wasted $50 for them to barely do anything. Do not waste your time, money and effort on a business like this. It is not worth the headache.

Leo is really taking it upon himself to take good care of my yard and he's quick to reply, professional, and just a sweetheart. I'm not in town often after he's worked on the yard, so he will send pictures when he is done, which I didn't ask him to do but he understands the value of showing his work and communicating with clients. This is a big value add and his rates are quite reasonable. I even asked him to give me a quote for some front and backyard improvements so I hope to expand the scope of his work at my house soon because I think his quote is very fair. I'm confident in his abilities and skills because he is very genuine, professional, personable, and consistent. You'll be glad to hire him!

I never said anything, but they definitely left the yard not finished in the back every time from what you'd expect a lawn service to do. Complained for more money every time the grass was tall because I would ask them to come, and they'd show up a week or two later. And after the first mow of the season they've blocked my number. I paid extra for the first mow this year, and they didn't even ask. Overall never knew if they'd show up, they never showed up consistently every two weeks, I always had to reach out, and regularly had to haggle price. Bad explanations were given like "I need more this season because gas is higher." Except gas will only temporarily be high but wants to go ahead and establish it will be higher all season regardless. Nothing beyond this to say. Have message receipts for all the claims, including getting blocked.
